"Left?" Qin Yun seemed to have been doused with cold water as a thick fog of disappointment clouded his eyes.
Gong Lu nodded lightly. "I should leave too. See you later, Mr. Qin."
With that, Gong Lu pulled Chi Jiao along and left.
After leaving Xian Anju, a gust of cold wind blew towards them.
Gong Lu took off his scarf and wrapped it around her. "Wait for me here. I'll go get the car."
"There's no need. I want to go back by myself," Chi Jiao said as she looked at her watch.
It was almost 10 PM.
Gong Lu looked up at the sky. There was no moon tonight, and the wind was clearly much stronger than during the day. It was the rhythm of the weather changing.
