Chapter 23 - 23

A sudden storm hit the southern region of China, grounding almost all flights. Planes passing through areas of strong air currents all had to make emergency landings, and countless passengers were forced to remain at the airport.

Holding a cup of hot water, Su Junxin carefully made her way through the crowded waiting room.

Li Weize was weakly leaning on his seat, his brows tightly furrowed, and his lips were turning pale.

She handed him the cup of water, and as Li Weize took a few sips, some color finally returned to his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, if I had known you suffered from air sickness, I wouldn't have brought you here."

Seeing his condition, Su Junxin felt extremely guilty.

Li Weize straightened up and quickly shook his head in response, "Don't blame yourself. I didn't even know I wouldn't be able to handle the turbulence... Besides, I am grateful that you gave me this unique experience."
