"I have never seen Noelle as desperate as this before" Justine silently whispered to me
I took my eyes off my phone and turned to get a glimpse of what Justine said. And true to her words, Noelle was eagerly looking towards the entrance of the cafeteria, we were seated in. And truth be told she was looking desperate, extra desperate. I finally took my eyes off her after a minute and turned back to Justine who sighed
"We should really find a way to get them together, before she does anything stupid at this rate"
"We should" I said sadly.
At this point in time, I have already cross checked and cross checked over and over again, but I end up with the same result. Whenever Jace and Noelle are mentioned around me, I feel sad. But I am still trying to work over my crush, or as I like to call it now, my little infatuation over Jace (even though it's obviously a crush)
"And what do you think we should do this time around?" she asked
"Let's lock them up in the janitor's office today after school" I suggested determinedly. It was now time to get rid of my crush for Jace, once and for all. "I read a book some months ago and something like that happened, through which the main characters fell in love with each other", you know, they say that being in the same breathing space for a long period of time sparks out some romance out of a boy and a girl" I concluded
"Well I hope it works in real life" Justine voiced
Noelle finally leaves the door way and moves back to our table.
"Tiff, I thought you invited Jace to join us for lunch?"
"No I didn't" I finally now understood why she was eagerly looking at the exit of the cafeteria. She was actually waiting for him to arrive, thinking that he was invited.
"Oh" she responded disappointedly, then proceeded to sit down
Justine brings out her phone totally ignoring Noelle and I
