It was one sunny morning, birds were happily chirping, wind entered the exquisite room as the curtain dance happily, in a single sette, sat a ethereal woman reading a book, her fingers swiftly turn the pages.
"The princess and the dragon." She chuckled coldly after reading the book title, however in her voice hinted anger and disgust.
"Once upon a time, a lovely princess was born who was loved by all despite killing her mother in childbirth...."
Evilyn was the lovely princess in the book. Born from a dancer mother and the emperor, she was love despite killing the emperor lover. With fluffy golden hair that dazzled in every way, and gorgeous blue eyes who resemble the emperor.
Her life was peaceful... especially after making the world protector fall inlove with her, the dragon.
But everything wasn't supposed to be like that. Evilyn life was supposed to be hell.. her father hated her, everyone hated her, but it all change when a soul entered the body.
Everyone was destined to hate the lovely princess Evilyn and will only love the beautiful princess Osiris who was born from the Emperor and his first lover the Empress.
But, Evilyn, who was a selfish woman in her past life grew jealous at Osiris. So she took everything from her, her father's and everyone love, she took it. Osiris lover, the dragon she took it. Osiris kind mother the empress, she killed her.
And lastly, she framed the innocent Osiris into death. And she have her happy ending.
But Osiris who died innocently was born again in a family that love her. A general father who dotes on her, a three brother and two sister who dotes on her, and the prince who love her.
She became happy in this life, forgetting the past she was ashame of. She and the prince got married and she became the Empress who gave birth to the crown prince.
Her life was at peace——but it all change when everything started collapsing.
Arachne trembled at the sight of her family being beheaded of. Her father who was busy fighting the enemy soldier stop and with widened eyes, he look at his wife head, rolling down the ground.
"Father!" Azazel voice trembled as he shouted at his father frozen state. He was about to run to his father when the enemy came first to him and slashed his head. Azazel head rolled down with his eyes stayed open.
"A—azazel!" Arachne called out to her first brother. Tears started forming at her eyes when one by one, her family started collapsing to the ground with their heads rolling.
Azazel, Luciel, Mephisto, Lilith, Salem, her sibling died one by one protecting the castle gate. Lastly, her father, Hades fell on his knees, and died.
"F-father..." her legs weakened. Why is this happening? H—how can my family—the family who love me die?
"Arachne!" A shout made her look to the side—and there, she saw her husband clad in silver armor, gripping his sword as he run towards her.
When he was beside her, he cupped her face, "You need to leave, Arachne." He whispered into her. Arachne face was in a mess, her silver hair flowed down as the crown was on the ground.
Deus heart ache at the sight of his wife crying face. Oh dear lord, why did you have to do it now? He curse.
Arachne shake her head, "I..can't... L-let's leave together..."
Deus shush her, "No, baby no. I need to stay here, baby, look at me, "Arachne look at her husband face, "I'll protect you okay? That's what I promise on our wedding day."
"Forget that promise! Let's live together, deus..." She cried. Her fingers trembling.
"I'm sorry, I'll protect the kingdom we ruled. So leave please, go to somewhere far away, hidden from them..."
"I can't... I can't..."
Deus smiled, despite his unwillingness to let his wife go. But he need to do this to protect her, to protect his queen and life.
"I...promise I'll follow you.."
The door burst open and teen child entered running to them, "G-guthrie."
"Mother! You need to go!"
Arachne look at her child face, "No...no... will..."
She was cut off when her child shouted, "Please go! We'll follow you! So wait for us!"
Arachne found herself running away from the throne room with her head maid. For the last time, she look at the figure of her husband and child, standing at the throne while the king was sitting.
Deus look at her and smiled, and mouted, "I love you."
Arachne eyes glistened with tears, "I love you..." too.
However, it was soon cut off when her eyes widened in surprise as she saw her husband head flying off.
"D—deus!" She shouted. Guthrie look back and nodded at his mother figure before dashing towards his father head on the ground and chanted some words... Holding his father head who was slashed my magic, he smiled sadly.
Boogsh!
A loud eruption plundered the whole kingdom into silence. The soldiers who were busy fighting stop and glance at the kingdom castle..
The kingdom soldier trembled as the fell down to their knees. For the last time, they kneeled down at their ruler death and admitted defeat to the enemy.
"Bless the rulers for eternity..."
And Arachne died too when she came back to the throne room.
