Chapter 7 - Test part 3

Note: With each level he passes he gets two status points. I made a mistake and didn't show it when it goes to level 3, sorry.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sitting cross-legged now, I stretched my limbs as I yawned.

Unlike yesterday where my day was terrible, this morning started off good, the crow didn't wake me up and I managed to get a good rest.

Despite my belly snoring every second, I seemed to have more energy than yesterday, except that I was hungry and my throat was dry enough to hurt when I tried to speak. I think it was really okay.

Before I came to this world I remember seeing or hearing something more or less like this: we developed an incredible power of adaptation. Since the dawn of humanity we have been subjected to changes, consequently, we have always adapted to new environments and realities so that we can survive.

Well, I didn't know what to think, I wasn't sure it was really possible to adapt to several changes. But now I know something, humans can really get used to things, do you want an example?

Look at me, yesterday I was crying because it smelled like shit, but only one night passed and I'm not even bothered. I can still smell it but I won't cry for it. After all, if I were to cry again, I'm pretty sure I'll die dehydrated.

Lifting and picking up the dagger, I advance using floating steps. Arriving in front of a skeleton holding a sword, I cut towards his arm, cutting off his arm which held the sword. cutting motion by tearing off his other arm.

Stretching my left arm and digging my fingers into the skeleton's ribs, I pull onto my left shoulder and run forward while using it as a shield.

With my right hand I cut what I could, with the support of my left shoulder I pushed forward.

Arriving at the tombs where there were some crows, I launched the skeleton which I used as a shield, using floating steps to appear beside the crow and before it could fly I cut it with a dagger.

And for the first time I got something to eat. Before I ask why you didn't do this before, well, these crows are smart and fast, it's not so easy to catch them, their numbers are not high, there's little left of them alive.

But the real reason is because I didn't want to eat raw meat, well, I had already tried to light a little fire but I couldn't. More the way I am, if I don't eat anything, I'll end up dying.

When I return to the safe zone, I start to pluck the crow, when I finished doing it, I cut his neck, closed my eyes and turned in my mouth. it was not pleasant it smells bad, the taste was not so bad, but when I remembered what it was ...

after eating, he was not satisfied, but it was something. Tired of staying in that place, I decided to finish the test as soon as possible.

Advancing against the skeletons I started the killing, I could only count on my stats, the dagger to cut and my steps floating like movement.

I looked like a murderer, appeared and disappeared, my cuts became more and more precise. whenever I was surrounded, I used one of them as a shield and pushed to make way.

As soon as I managed to get out of the siege I again started to finish them off with a cut on the neck.

As time went by, not only did my accuracy improve, I ended up reaching the second stage of the floating steps. Light with the wind, it allowed me to feel the attacks that had been facilitating the deflection.

Back in the safe zone, I sat down and started to cultivate, whenever I tried so hard, I took the time to cultivate. I had killed a lot of those skeletons and now there wasn't much left of them.

"Ping Ping"

Opening my eyes, I didn't even need to put my hand on my head to know what it was, the damn crow came back.

Looking up there he was, with those intelligent eyes and provocative expression. The son of a bitch certainly had fun shitting on me, unlike yesterday I didn't care so much, damn I'm already stinking it can't get any worse.

"Roooooonc!"

Hearing my belly growl, I caress it and look at the crow and a dark smile is visible on my face.

When I lift and collect some rocks from the ground, I throw them at the crow, my precision has improved a lot after so much practice.

Looking up there was the stone thrown by, it looked like it was going to hit him squarely, the crow that felt the danger flapped its wings and deviation from the rock.

As he dodged the rock, the crow started to squawk ...

"cuá, cuá!"

I don't know if he was making fun of me or if he was angry, the more stones I threw, the more he screamed while he dodged.

When I got tired, I went back to fighting with the skeletons, perhaps because the crow was disregarded and got tired and stopped.

But despite fighting with the skeletons I never failed to pay attention to the crow.

Whoosh!

as soon as he landed on a grave, I used a floating step and passed my dagger over it.

Sensing the danger, he flapped his wings while trying to fly, but my dagger reached him before he could take flight.

Hearing the crow's cry my dagger passed by his wings, with the fallen crow it was time for RANGO. (food served in a meal; food; meal.)

Returning to the safe zone, I completed the same process as before and ate it.

When I finished eating I checked my status.
