Sitting at one of the tables in the break room, Shinsuke ruminated in his corner; well away from the staff to avoid triggering another unwelcome tantrum. He had already had trouble calming down on his own, and Saizo had advised him to take an extended break to ease his tension.
Annoyed, he tapped his fingers on the table. It must have been a quarter of an hour already that he was sitting like that, and he already wanted to go back to his workstation. He had a lot of things to do, and he might fall behind if he didn't get back to work soon.
Nevertheless, even when he wanted to go back to work, he had to face the fact that the other employees were giving him dirty looks of reproach, while Saizo silently ordered him to stay where he was.
Was he being punished or what?
What was this way of doing things, isolating him and keeping him away from the others?
