Here is what happened last time on Death to the Mafia
Isabella and I go to our separate rooms. I can't sleep so I decided to go to the kitchen and get something to eat. Isabella also can't sleep as we both had the same idea to eat something. We eat cereal and enjoy the time together. I start entertaining the thoughts of us being more than just friends. Just as I start telling Isabella that I like her, Luigi walks into the kitchen and gives me the news of Uncle Paul's passing. We go to the hospital, and Dr. Thomas meets us there. I go in and see his body there. I say my last goodbye and head back home.
Luigi and I walk out of the hospital together and get into the car. As we get in, Giuseppe asks me;
"I know you two were really close, so I am sorry to hear about his passing."
"Thank you, Giuseppe. We can go home now."
"Certainly, boss."
