Here's what happened last time on Death to the Mafia
Frank Nicoletti tells me what The Family is expecting of me being part of them. Uncle Pete tells us that there was a problem with the job that he sent the Gigantello brothers to do. Anthony got hit on the job, and Dr. Thomas is working on saving his life. Uncle Paul is sending me to Dr. Thomas to find out what is going on. I help Dr. Thomas to rescue Anthony's life and then go back to Uncle Pete's house. I get there and see that Uncle Paul is already talking to Tony.
Uncle Paul puts his gun against Tony's head and says;
"Tell me why I shouldn't pull the fucking trigger?"
Tony says;
"Uncle Paul, we will get him. I promise."
"Now he knows that we are coming for him. He will now go into hiding and will come back harder on the Family. It means we are going to war with them, now that you have missed the target."
