Here is what happened last time on Death to the Mafia
We walk out of the morgue and tell my team to wait outside for me. I need to make sure Uncle Pete is really dead. I pull the fire alarm, and once the hallway is clear I walk into the morgue. I find his body and stab him in his chest a few times before walking out again. As I get out of the hospital, my entire crew is standing and waiting for me. I receive a call from Tommaso Di Genova. He is the head of The Mafia Council, and he wants to see me. Tommaso Di Genova sends me his address and tells me that I need to be there in an hour. My crew gets dressed, and we take a drive to Tommaso Di Genova's building. I go up to see him.
I walk in and hear the door closing behind me. It looks like a penthouse suite with crystal everywhere. Beautiful artifacts, paintings on the walls, and there is not even one dirty spot on the tiles as far as I can see. A lady walks up to me and says;
"May I take your jacket?"
