Here is what happened last time on Death to the Mafia
Tony finally hears that his wife played along all the time. I organize with the cartel that they need to take Bianca home safely. I finally get to kill Tony. I get the cleaning crew out to come and clean the site and get Tony's body to Dr. Thomas so that Bianca can claim the Life Insurance. Uncle Pete calls me and wants me to come over and, Frank Nicoletti is also there. Now that I know that Frank is involved, he is my next victim on the list. I use Tony's phone and make Frank believe that we are going to take over the family. I call Bianca to help me to get Frank to a location.
I continue the conversation with Bianca;
"Is there a special place that Frank would know of that you and Tony shared?"
"You mean like a place where we were, and Frank was there also?"
"Yes. It can be anywhere. I need to isolate Frank so that I can get to him."
