"Ah, so it was what we expected," Talo stated as Kaori, Keiko, and Ash arrived at the palace. They handed over the captured leader of the soldiers before coming over and explaining what had happened. It seemed like the Royal Council had a better idea of what was going on than they'd initially said.
"Wait," Ash said, narrowing her eyes at them. "You expected that? Then, why the fuck didn't you just tell us what was really going on?"
