Chapter 10 - B*tches Ain't Sh*t

Kringgg* the school bell rings, signifying the school has ended for the day. Some students are going home, and some are going to do their club activities. As usual, I'm still in the hallway, looking at memes on my phone, waiting for Jack to turn in his art assignment that he forgot to turn in. growl* The sound of my breadbasket can be heard clearly. I guess it's to be expected since I didn't eat anything for lunch. Wait, didn't I bring some snacks from home? I open my bag wide open to find the chocolate bar that I took from the fridge. A bunch of girls walked past me. One of them throws their empty plastic bottle into my bag. Wtf? I think to myself while looking at the girl who threw it. It's the girl who was bitchslapped by Lucy yesterday. Damn hoe. I decided to throw the plastic bottle into her. *BONK! Sound of a plastic bottle hitting her head.

Jennifer: "Ouch," she blurted. She turns around and picks up the plastic bottle. She looks at me looking at my phone while eating chocolate as nothing happened.

Judy: "Jennifer, what happened?" asked Judy. Jennifer didn't answer her question. Instead, She straight walks up to me.

Jennifer: "Hey, trash, What do you think you are doing?"

Mike: "What? I'm just giving back what's yours that's all."

Jennifer: "Don't mess with me. Do you really think you can get away with hitting me with this thing?"

Mike: "Yes, I can. Whatcha gonna do about it?" I ask with a straight face.

Jennifer: "I'll make sure to tell my friends to fuck you up!" she said to my face.

Mike: "Oh really? Are you going to suck their dicks too? Yeah sure-"

Swoosh* Jennifer's hand nearly slapped me. I managed to evade by leaning backward. Shit, that was close for sure.

Mike: "Woho, relax girl. Why are you triggered? Did my word hit you that much? I thought a bitch like you would already be familiar to be called a slut." I taunt her.

Jade: "Just leave that creep alone, Jennifer. He's just messing with you."

Judy: "You say you want to meet that girl? Let's just leave." said one of her friends.

Jessica: "We better hurry before she's gone." Jessica added.

Jennifer: "This is not over you fuck face. You're dead meat!" She said to me angrily. She turns around and walks away from me, followed by her friends. It kinda makes me perplexed that some of the strippers and sex workers that I know were much respectful and honest than these teenage girls. Oh well.

A hand grabbed me from behind. It's Jack

Jack: "What's with the ruckus?" he asked me.

Mike: "Nah, it's nothing. How's the assignment? Did Miss Faby accept it?"

Jack: "Yes, she did."

Mike: "What? Really? What did you tell her?"

Jack: "I just told her that I'm sorry to turn it in late."

Mike: "You just told her that and she accepted it?"

Jack nods.

Mike: "You're one lucky man you know that? The last time I turned in my art assignment this late, she just ripped it in front of me and threw it in the trash can."

Jack: "I think she's just in a good mood today."

Mike: "You think so?"

Jack nodded again.

Mike: "Well, if that's true, I think you're still lucky anyway."

Brrrt* my phone suddenly vibrates. It's uncle.

Mike: "Hello?"

Mario: "Mike? Where are you?"

Mike: "I'm still in school, what is it, uncle?"

Mario: "I heard Jack got into trouble again in school. What did he do now?"

Mike: "Same as usual."

Mario: "Is the school planning to expel him?"

Mike: "You guessed it."

Mario: "Have you talked to your trusted teacher about this?"

Mike: "Yes, I already have."

Mario: "Does she want to help you this time?"

Mike: "of course she does."

Mario: " ... That's a shame."

Mike: "Don't get your hopes too high, uncle. I ain't going to let this Jackass get expelled easily. You hear me?"

Mario: "Yeah-yeah, I hear you. Anyway, do you have any plans for tonight?"

Mike: "uh, I don't know. There's a couple of things I need to do."

Mario: "if you have time, can you send some packages to Tochka?"

Tochka? What a coincidence.

Mike: "You want me to deliver the stuff to them?"

Mario: "It's not the usual stuff."

Mike: "What is it then?"

Mario: "Ah It's nothing. If you really want to know, you can see it in the warehouse."

Mike: "Hmm, will I get a commission if I deliver it?"

Mario: "Of course you will."

Mike: "How much?"

Mario: "200."

Mike: "Yeah, I'll deliver it."

Mario: "Hehe, alright then. I'll tell the boys to load it into your car. I'll be going out with the boys for the rest of the night. If you need something just call me alright?"

Mike: "Sure."

klek* I close the phone.

Jack: "He asked you to do something?" Jack asked me after hearing my one-sided conversation with uncle.

Mike: "Yup, he wants me to deliver some package to the Ruskies."

Jack: "You mean Tochka?"

Mike: "What a coincidence right? You should come with me later, man. We'll meet that girl while we deliver the package."

Jack: "Ok."

Mike: "Alright. C'mon, let's just get to the restaurant."

RRRR* klak* RRRR* Sound of a skateboard rolling down the pavement jazzed up the sidewalk. Up above the street, shiny skyscrapers reflect the clear blue sky like a giant metallic mirror. Not just the sky, it also reflects the beautiful clouds that drift slowly through. Down under, palm trees sway gently as the breeze from the Atlantic ocean hits them. The chirping of birds can be heard from the trees beside the road. Some of them start to clap their wings and fly towards the bay. I can feel the breeze from the ocean hitting my face and swaying my hair. Oh, It's such a lovely day, but still, why does it gotta end this way? I wouldn't think I'm going to play detective just because I spilled some soup over someone today. Well, I guess I should be grateful that there's still someone like sensei who is willing to help me and my bro.

On the way, like usual, I see Lucy sit at the bus stop, reading her book. But this time there's something different. She's not alone. She's surrounded by the girls that I met in the hallway. It looks like they're harassing and bullying her. I see they throw her book away. They then grab her and drag her into an alley next to the bus stop. Seeing all of that, I promptly stop.

Jack: "Why are you stopping Mike?" asked Jack.

Mike: "Follow me, man." I said to him while I'm about to cross the street and walk towards the alley where the girls took Lucy. Before I go to the entrance, I pick up the book that was thrown by those girls. I flip the book around to look at the title. The title is 'How To Suppress Your Killing Intent'. What an interesting title. I quickly put the book in my bag and went towards the alley. At the entrance, I peek inside only to see that Lucy is being beaten up by those girls.

Jessica: "You think you're hotshit? You really think you can steal my boyfriend from me? Think again you bitch!" said Jessica as she furiously kicked Lucy.

Jennifer: "Take this you slut! That's for slapping my face yesterday." Said Jennifer as she kicked Lucy in her stomach.

Jade: "You like that bitch?" The other girl said while kicking and stomping her.

Judy: "Hahaha." Judy just laughs like a maniac as she sees her friends beating Lucy.

Lucy curled on the ground. She held her arm up high, covering her face and head. Trying to protect herself from the kicking and stomping of those girls.

Jack: "Should we stop those girls?"

Mike: "Nah, just pull out your phone man, we're recording this shit."

Both of us pull out our phones and start recording from afar. Jack records while I take some photos.

Mike: "Make sure to get their face." I told him.

Jack nodded.

I don't know why, but this feels like we're shooting a wildlife documentary.

Jessica: "- and stay away from him. if you don't, we'll make sure to fuck you up even more you understand?"

Jade: "Let's go girls, we're done here."

Judy: "bye loser."

Jennifer: "chu* Take that you slut." Jennifer spits on Lucy before leaving her.

Mike: "It looks like they are done. Quick! we gotta hide." Both of us get into the convenience store beside the alley. After we see the girls walking away. We slowly get out and go inside the alley to check on Lucy. She's really beaten up. I can see she's struggling to get up. I quickly walked up to her and tried to help her.
