when using steel release my strength and vitality would increase and I can maintain this state for 15 minutes until I runout of chakra.And in five days I was able to increase 5% efficiency for eight gate .I still can't use the first gate ,if I guess correctly, first I need to reach 100% efficiency to use the first gate .
it gonna take long time.so first, let's unlock the new jitsu.

rock lee puts his remaining sp on the int , because putting points on int, not only increase the amount of chakra it also increase the chakra controll.And with higher int rock lee can learn ninjutsu faster and more efficiently.
