Chapter 63 - chapter

Gwyneth scrunched her eyes, wincing at the sounds of muffled shouting. She tried to sit up. Pain electrified through her body, needles piercing through every muscle. She gasped, the pain so intense it would continue to cycle, if she moved. The muffled shouting grew louder, till it stopped. "Will you two shut up! She is trying to sleep!" Encara shouted through the her bedroom door. Her door swung open, with Encara shaking his head in frustration. He slapped Gwyneth's forehead pushing her back onto the bed. She took deep breaths feeling the pain subside. "We told you to, cause a scene. Not go and get yourself killed." "I wasn't trying to get myself killed." Encara released his hand, the pain surged through her body. He hovered his hand over her head. Watching her grow red from the pain. She fell back gasping in agony, before he eased her pain. "Never lie, to your Blessed." She took deep breaths, pouting at him.

"What happened to me? How am I back here?" "You can thank me for that." Gwayn said entering the room. He glared daggers at her. "Oh, just give me the pain and let me die." She said rolling over. Encara took his hand away. Gwayn and Encara sighed waiting patiently. Gwyneth rolled back squealing, face red and strained, grabbing Encara's hand onto her forehead. She let out a sigh of relief, feeling the pain disappear. "You know, my hand doesn't just make the pain go away. I'm controlling that part right." "Shut up..." She sighed in relief. Gwayn sucked on his teeth audibly. "An army of that size, should have been nothing to you. What the fuck happened to you?" Gwyneth said nothing closing her eyes. He clapped and threw his hands dramatically in the air.

"Oh wait, I know what happened! You went insane and fucked your pupil! A Forsaken knight, might I add!" "Thought you said, he was going by Serpent Knight now." Miranda said peeking her head through the door. "WHATEVER!" He took a deep breath, calming himself. "Vasha take me. If you really missed Hendrik that much, you could have just gone to Artaraxus and-" Miranda marched in fist clenched. Gwyneth tried with all her might to rise up. "Gwayn." Encara growled. Everyone froze, his voice sent a chill through the room. Dust floated off every surface. Encara turned to Gwayn, one pupil a spinning Curse gate and the other a Blessing gate. "I thank you, for coming to aid us. However choose your next words carefully. They may be your last as a mortal." Gwayn took a gulp. The dust settled and his eyes returned to normal. "Go outside, she'll be able to move later." Gwayn grunted before pushing his way past Miranda. She quickly followed suit.

The two of them were silent, before Gwyneth broke the silence. "You didn't have to do that." Encara sighed. He flicked her forehead, making her wince. "What kind of friend, would I be. If I didn't stand up for you?" She pouted at him. "How am I here? How are they here? That trip takes months." "You want the long version, or the short version?" "Lon...short...Long version, but fast." Encara took a deep breath. "After having sex with Skora, Yamada jumped into the Fork, quelling the water. Now when you put any amount of Arcane energy into it. It starts rushing like before. Yamada proceeded to have sex with a big breasted red head, now studying under Abaddon." Gwyneth gave him a perplexed look. "Wait, Yamada did what-" "Yamada then fought Gwayn in a duel." "HE DID WHAT?" She shot up. "Please, let me finish. You can ask questions after." "BUT!" Encara took his hand away. Gwyneth clenched her jaw falling back down.

"Yamada proceeded to humiliate him, and is now going by the moniker Serpent Knight. Turns out my parents ordered the attack on Shizukana, and have been colluding with Kal'Nar this whole time." Gwyneth stared at him with bulging eyes. "Yamada spared Jacara from killing them, and did it himself. Irina sent us forces via ships sailing across the Fork. Jacara, Ul'lanna and Yamada are safe and staying with Irina." Encara gasped for air. Gwyneth's jaw dangled. "What was that part about your parents?" "They instigated the attack, and are now dead." She shook her hands in the air waiting for him to react. "Are you expecting me to scream and shout?" "YES!" "They're dead. Yamada saw to that. I've been told he did it quite brutally, and I will accept that."

Gwyneth took a deep breath. "Anything else, I should know?" "You've been asleep for three days. The 'Guardians' from Yamata have arrived. They're...settling in..." She eyed as he trailed off. "Anything else?" Encara took a gulp. "Yamada's Kapuna is here." "And that's bad...?" "Well, I'm rusty with my Islander dialects. But let's just say, she's not a fan of you. And has a few words, she would like to say to you." "Is that, why you're healing me?" Encara nodded. Gwyneth took a deep breath. "How bad is it?" "Remember that time, Urkse was caught, painted as a rock in the hot springs?" She grimaced, rubbing her face, before letting out a titter. "Well, at least this day can't get any worse." Encara winced. "Oh, what else?" "It's best you go and see." He said, helping her out of the bed.

She wore a cotton shirt and leather pants, her hair washed and combed. She scoffed at her outfit. "Who dressed me?" "Gwayn gave you clothes." She looked at her clothes annoyed as the two of them left the room. Inside the Second ring, the guardians congregated staring at the walls in awe. Dressed in skirts and their skin exposed. Most of them were stocky, burly with few of them being athletic. They spat at the knights and mages sneering at them. As they goaded the Islanders into a fight. "Enough of that." Encara scolded, silencing them. He glanced at Chieftain Kekoa, noticing his slimmer physique, but still quite round. The Islanders all bowed, falling to one knee, fist across their heart. "We are ready to fight for the Citadel." They chanted, to jeers and laughter.

"If you're all weaker than Yamada, none of you will be fighting in the front lines." Gwyneth said stumbling down the steps. "How dare!....." The Islanders gawked at Gwyneth, their jaws swinging in the air. She stopped seeing their bulging eyes. With a perplexed look, she leaned closer to Encara. The two of them waved in front of their faces. They followed her hand and ignored Encara. "I think they like you." He whispered. "Could you all please stop doing that?" The guardians quickly cleared their throats, acting as if nothing had happened. Kelek approached Gwyneth grabbing her hand. He bowed kissing the back of her hand. "My great lady. I am Kelek, leader of the guardians, son of our great Chieftain." He gave her his most charming smile. She pulled her hand away. Taking a deep breath. "Be gentle on them." Encara said.

"First of all. To stop all this gawking, and crush your hopes. I've been having sex with Yamada." Encara could hear their hearts shatter into pieces. "And I will not be having sex with ANY-" Encara clasped her mouth shut. "Unless you listen to everything she does, and become her knights." She let out a muffled scream trying to pry his hand off. The guardians instantly perked up, forming into an organised formation. "She normally tests everyone, by having them run laps of the seco...You did the third ring to test Yamada didn't you?" She nodded still stuck in his grip. "THEN WE WILL RUN THE FOURTH RING!" Kelek chanted. The Guardians sprinted off with the Chieftain following behind.

She gasped as Encara released her mouth, and shoved him aside. Wincing at her aching muscles. "What was that!?" "You were about to give us nearly fifty dead weight Islanders. Now we have fifty eager new squires." "And who is going to train them?" She scoffed. Encara eyed her. "No. I'm not training those horny men." Encara shrugged. "I mean you're at a 100% success rate, with training Islanders to be powerful knights." "Because it was only Yamada!" "Semantics. Now, you go and see to training your new squires." "I am not!-" Encara clapped his hands disappearing in a flash of light. She took a deep breath. "YOU!" Kahu shouted. Gwyneth spun around to see, Kale desperately trying to hold her back. She stomped her feet, dragging Kale on one arm and his club in the other. She gulped.

Kahu came to a stop, scowling upwards at Gwyneth, before looking her up and down. "Are you Gwyneth Lockhart?" She growled. Gwyneth nodded, feeling a sweat bead forming on her temple. Kahu placed the heavy club onto her shoulder, letting her feel the jagged obsidian edge. "The same Gwyneth Lockhart, who helped him become a Forsaken Knight?" She nodded once more. Kahu pulled her closer by the collar, pressing her forehead against hers. "Did you at any point. Try to stop him?" She growled. Gwyneth shook her head. Kahu let out a savage roar raising the club high above her head. Kale tackled her down. "Kapuna! Kapuna!"

She thrashed in his grip, hammering at his grip. "LET GO KALE! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH WE SACRIFICED TO KEEP HIM ALIVE!?" She shouted glaring at Gwyneth. "DO YOU KNOW WHAT HE WENT THROUGH?" Gwyneth bowed her head. "KALE, LET ME GO. SO I CAN RIP THIS EMBODIMENT OF PERFECTION APART!" She shot her head up confused. "Alright enough of that!" Miranda shouted. She pulled Kale and Kahu apart. "Who are you!?" Miranda winced at the spit flying onto her face. "Gwyneth's dance partner, tailor by trade, now soldier by circumstances." She wiped her face. "Now, from what you were shouting. I'm guessing you took care of Yamada on the Islands?" "I-" "Gwyneth here has been doing the same." "I read his letters!" She snapped.

"Letters?" Gwyneth and Miranda asked. "Yes, letters! He talked so much about you so much. The knight who helped him become a Forsaken Knight. Torturing him with insane levels of training. Running laps of the ring, while wearing a suit of Deiridium. And apparently this giant sword, he calls Harbinger." Gwyneth winced. "Alright, before you blow a vein. Just know that Gwyneth here is-" "Miranda don't." "Is the reason Yamada can go toe-to-toe with the other Grand Knights here." Gwyneth let out a relieved sigh. "And the first woman, he bathed, slept and fucked with." "WHAT!?" "WHY!?" Miranda snickered. "YOU'RE FUCKING HIM AS WELL?" Kale's jaw dropped. "I know it's taboo, and-" Kahu quickly embraced Gwyneth to her shock. She let out a confused yelp. "HE IS INTERESTED IN WOMEN!" Kahu shouted filled with joy. She grabbed Kale by the shoulders. The two of them celebrated.

"What the fuck." Gwyneth muttered. Miranda shrugged, completely baffled. "You're not angry at me?" "Oh, I'm absolutely livid, but him having sex with a woman. Way more important." Kahu let out a sigh of relief. "For fifteen years, that boy did nothing but the same thing. Running, lifting, punching, eating, sleeping. The girls literally threw their bodies at him, and he JUST kept training."

"And now you tell me, he's having sex!? And with this perfect woman of all people!? That's the most amazing thing, I've ever heard." "Thank...you...?" "Just take the compliment." Miranda nudged. Encara warped back in, blinding Kahu and Kale to the ground. Beside him was Saira looking around confused. She wore her blacksmith's apron and soot covered clothing. In her hand was a thick envelope. "Quick update. This is Saira. The woman Yamada was sleeping with. She has a letter for you." Encara quickly teleported away once more. Kahu looked Saira up and down, before cracking a smile from ear to ear. "Yamada, you absolute stud!" Saira and Gwyneth locked eyes. The two of them scanned each other up and down, sharing the same thought. 'She's gorgeous! I can't compete with her!' "By Vasha, your chest must weigh more than Deiridium." Miranda said, leaning in closer.

Gwyneth struck the back of her head. "Stop that." "I see why Yamada was so attracted to her personalitits-personalitits...Per-so-nali-tits..." They glared at Miranda trailing off. "You have gigantic boobs." She said dejectedly, before leaving. "I'm sorry about her." Gwyneth bowed. "It's alright." Saira blushed, handing Gwyneth the letter. "He wrote you a letter. If you excuse me, I have to return to work." She did a small bow before jogging off. Gwyneth broke the wax seal, with Kahu and Kale leaning over Gwyneth's shoulder. "What does it say? What does it say?" Kahu eagerly said, pushing herself against Gwyneth. She sighed, ignoring them and unfurled the letter.

'To Lady Lockhart. I'm safe at the Silver City, and being taken care of. I did meet your brother. He was...nice... I have heard, of the war happening, and I wish I could be there to help. However I hope Skora, kept to her promise, and has helped you. I don't want, what I did being for nothing. It felt wrong, and not as good with you.' Gwyneth chuckled. 'Irina, has helped me to understand my powers more, and I have been controlling my Draken side, much more effectively. They're calling me the Serpent Knight now. I hope the next time, we meet our names will share the same fame. Until then I cannot thank you enough for all your teachings, and helping me feel normal.' Gwyneth smiled warmly at the letter, her grips trembling. 'Also, you once asked me, to give you a pet name, and you didn't like what I gave. After Jacara, Ul'lanna, and Saira yelled at me. For saying Ul-ly and Sai-ri weren't good pet names, it got me thinking about yours more.'

"What pet name did he give you?" Kahu asked. "Gwen." Kale and Kahu spat out in laughter. "Oh that boy is terrible!" Gwyneth chuckled with them. 'So, I gave you better name, in this letter. I hope you like it. It will be a while, before I can send you another letter. When I first came to the Citadel. I was stupid and alone. I was drowning in the Maelstrom, being crushed by its weight. Then you came into my life. And like the wind, that lets me breathe. Like the wind that helps me to fly and soar. You are the wind around me, and I will always love you, Wyn.' Gwyneth fought back the tears welling in her eyes. "Awww that's so sweet!" Aerith said, floating from behind. Kale, Kahu, and Gwyneth let out a frightened yelp, scattering away. "Don't do that!" She glared at Aerith. "What? I wanted to see, what everyone was reading." She shrugged.

Kahu smacked Kale's back. "See. I told you, that you should have read that love book, like Yamada did. He brought her to tears." "I'll read it now then." He sulked. Soel and Skora emerged from the ground, scaring Kale and Kahu. "Quick report. There's like fifty sweaty Islanders, currently wheezing and dying trying to reach the Third ring. Did you want us to do anything...?" Soel asked, waiting for a response. Gwyneth furrowed her brow, pinching between them, letting out an exasperated sigh. "Take me to them...I'll start...training them." She said begrudgingly. Soel, Aerith and Skora rolled their eyes, not envying her task. "Wait, take Kale with you. He's not the fastest, or brightest." Kale threw his hands up in disbelief. "But the only person, who could come close to rivalling, Yamada's strength is him." The four of them eyed Kale, as he flexed his stout figure. "Do, you still make that bet or-?" Aerith asked. "That was only for Yamada!" Gwyneth hissed.

"Strength can only carry you so far. Yamada, had was incredibly durable, fit and hard-" "Yeah he was." Skora said with a sly smile. Gwyneth spun back to Skora, shooting her a glare. "Hard worker. And if you can do everything I ask of. You'll be stronger." "And if you do it without complaining or question her. She'll have sex with you." Aerith said. "What are my orders!?" Kale shouted standing at attention. They all judged him in their minds with a single derisive thought. 'Men.' "Soel, take us to the others." Skora and Soel transported the three of them towards the others, at the base of the Third Ring. They emerged seeing all the Guardians keeled over, heaving and drenched in sweat. "Wow. Yamada really put all of them to shame didn't he?" Soel said. They all glared at her.

"Don't compare us to him!" Kelek boasted, turning his back to her. He showed off his stored stone club. "We're running with all this extra weight on us. So, don't compare us to him." The other guardians cheered in agreement. Gwyneth, Soel and Aerith shared a glance, before breaking out into laughter. She struggled to laugh feeling her muscles ache with each throw of laughter. Skora, Kale and Kahu cocked an eyebrow at them. "What's so funny?" Kelek growled. "On Yamada's first day here. He humiliated a Grand Knight in combat. Then proceeded to run from the Keep, to the Third Ring, and do his actual laps." Soel said. Yssac felt the hairs on his spine stand up, and felt a sense of annoyance run through him. The others were silent. "Well, we aren't Blood drunk like Yamada. Or insane. Or so stupid we can't even use Enk magic." Kelek sneered at Kale and Kahu.

Gwyneth approached Kelek, who met her with a sly smile. She spun him around gripping his shoulders. He smirked at the other Guardians, before being kicked to the ground. Gwyneth dropped his club. Made from Kaioni wood, with small jagged teeth of Deiridium lining the edge. "Can you do anything else, other than storage? Because that magic, isn't something to be so proud about." Gwyneth said snidely. "You all want to train under me? You'll do it under my conditions. You will do everything I say without question. And most importantly. You will all accept that Yamada is your superior." She watched as all of them sucked on their teeth. "If not you can all go home, and be worthless Islanders. The Citadel has no need for idiots." None of them said or did anything. Kale stood in front of her, fist over his heart. "Yamada is my brother. And if he can do you training, so can I." Kahu gave him a warm smile.

"Good, now run five laps of the Third ring." Kale spun around, slowly following the Third ring. He gulped. "Can I start with one?" Kahu quickly slapped him on the shoulder. "Start running!" Gwyneth grit her teeth, forcing the pain down. She tossed Kelek back his club. "Skora, can you make a replica of Harbinger for me?" She smirked, opening an Earth gate. A jagged and rough surfaced Harbinger appeared. It fell through the ground, embedding itself down to the hilt. Gwyneth planted her boot onto the hilt. "Yamada wields this weapon, Harbinger, and wears a full set of Deiridium. Do the same, and you'll begin your journey to being his equal." Kelek grunted approaching Harbinger. He cockily gripped the hilt with one hand. He tugged on the hilt, feeling his shoulder nearly come loose. The others smirked at him.

Kelek took Harbinger with both hands, pulling with all his might. His feet buried into the ground, face red, veins bulging in his head. A loud fart rung out. Everyone was silent. Kelek frozen in place. Skora leaned in closer knelt down to his eye level. "You should know, that isn't pure Deiridium. This only about half the weight." "There's no way Yamada lifted this monstrosity!" Kelek shouted, stomping his feet. "Keep making excuses boy. Yamada is more powerful than you all." Gwyneth remarked, eyeing the silent Chieftain Kekoa. She watched him keeled over holding his chest. "You're the Chieftain. Yamada told me about you, during our training. How you always looked at him like a monster. A Draken waiting to emerge." "I had a duty to keep everyone safe." "Your boobs say, you did a great job at that." Aerith called out.

Kekoa scowled at her. "Yamada was exhibiting all the signs of turning, and he never stopped. I couldn't just over look that. He had to live an exiled life. It was the only way to keep him and the others safe." He rose to his feet. "And, if I didn't do that. He wouldn't be as powerful as you say he is. So in a way, I am responsible for his strength." Aerith and Soel took a step back. Skora followed suit. "What did you just say?" She growled. "If you really think about it. If I wasn't so hard on him, he would not have train-" Gwyneth jabbed his throat. He fell to his knees gasping for air, clawing at his throat. "You do not, get to take credit for anything about him. You vile piece of shit." The Guardians rose to their feet. Aerith and Skora opened a gate beneath and over them, shaking their heads.

Her lilac eyes became sharp. The others scuttled back. "If I ever hear you take credit about anything for Yamada again. I will make Kal'Nar's attack, feel like a petty spat. Am. I. Clear?" They nodded in unison, feeling the chill run down their spines. Their first proper gaze into the eye of a Draken. Gwyneth spat at his feet, unable to wash out the sense of disgust, and shrug off her anger. "Go run, your laps. You have till sun down till complete it. Otherwise, I'll send you all back home myself." She spun back to Kahu grinning at her. "What?" "You really like Yamada, don't you?" She blushed, her eyes reverting back to normal. "Yes, she does. You should have seen, how much she changed for him." "Aerith!" "Wearing pretty dresses, to dance with him." "Soel!" "She got really jealous, when she found out I slept with him as well." "SKORA!" Kahu glanced at Skora up and down. "I am so happy right now. Tell me are you going to become his Sarang?" Gwyneth's face went bright red, her ears felt hotter than magma. "Actually, she made this bet." "Aerith, will you shut up!?"

"Gwyneth, who are you kidding. You can barely stand." Soel said. "Anyway, when Yamada first appeared-" Gwyneth lunged at them, being stopped by a single arm. She flailed in their arms, unable to use any Arcane energy. "Nyeeeh, stop." She mashed her face against their grip. "She made a bet with him, that if she hurt him. She would become his wife." Aerith said. "And did he?" Kahu asked excitedly. "She came back to her room, pouting and teary eyed." Soel said. Kahu jumped up with joy, letting out a whoop. She embraced Gwyneth against her will, feeling needles shot through her body. She growled at Aerith and Soel, who smirked at her. "So would that make you her mother-in-law." Soel asked. Kahu broke off, her tone instantly become dower. "No, no. I am not his mother. I can barely be called that." "You've raised him very well. He was nothing short of a gentleman and knight to me." "Don't forget great lover." She lunged at Aerith and Soel once more.

Saira followed all of Abbadon's instructions. Her initial shock to seeing an immortal faded instantly. Hearing his passion behind the craft. Teaching her how he chose each metal, for the knights. "Wouldn't Mythril be better?" He spun back glaring at her. His black eyes, made her gulp. "Mythril would be amazing. But there's barely any left in Jux. That hasn't be bastardized or wasted." Saira inspected the Deiridium ingot. Trying to slide it off the table. Abaddon picked it up without hassle, and tossed it into the forge. "Abaddon, may I ask you a question?" He agreed with a grunt. "How, did you know Yamada, could wield Harbinger?" "Those with the greatest rage, are those suffering from the greatest regret. And so they punish themselves, by wielding Deiridium." He said bowing his head. "How could you tell?" "Because, he reminds me of him." He said pointing out the shop. Saira glanced up to see Vexgar approaching, wearing his full set of Deiridium.

"Abaddon! Where do you want the Deiridium?" "Leave them at the front. She will process them." Saira shot a glance to Abaddon, with wide eyes, and small whimper. "Abaddon, she probably spends all her energy, lifting her chest." Saira sulked over, watching groups of knights, drag wagons of Deiridium towards her. Vexgar stuck his arm out to stop her. "Don't hurt yourself, lady." She glanced at his armour. 'What regret did he have?' "I won't sir." Saira returned to work, and approached Abaddon. "You want to know, what he regrets. Don't you?" She nodded. "Like Yamada and many others that use Deiridium. He never forgave himself, for being too weak to save someone. And punishes himself every day for it." Saira thought back to Yamada. "Then I will do what I can to help the Citadel. When Yamada returns, I'll be this kingdom's blacksmith."

Axilas found himself seething at the sight, of Lyn chatting with Fervias and Gwayn. Yssac stood beside him. "I heard if you stare at a woman long enough, she'll fall madly in love with you." Axilas ignored him. "Then again, I was very drunk when I heard that. I might be misremembering it." He snapped his fingers. "No, wait I remember now. I heard that, Gwayn tends to fuck any woman he wants." Axilas begun to growl, and clench his fist. "And after experiencing him. Their loins will never stop aching for hi-" "Will you shut up!?" Yssac chuckled at his outburst. "Will you just go and talk to her?" "I'm waiting for a better moment." Yssac rolled his eyes. "Vasha will have thawed out of her prison, by the time you find a 'better moment'." "I will find a better moment." He said through his teeth. "Gwayn is a threat." "Not as much as Fervias." Yssac stifled his laugh, pursing his lips together. "Yes...Fervias is a problem. I saw him visiting the jewellery shop the other day." "You did!?" Axilas snapped. He nodded. "Would hate to see, how you find a better moment. When she's, his sarang."

Axilas marched off, stomping towards them. "This is going to be the greatest thing ever." Yssac said following after him. Axilas approached Lyn, touching Gwayn's breastplate. She perked up seeing him. "Axilas, is something wro-" "Sepharae, will you accompany me tonight?" The four of them froze, with Axilas going bright red. She froze in disbelief, hearing him call her by that name. "S-s-sure...Who else is-" "No one else. Just you and me." Lyn became flushed, feeling the air become hot. "Al-alright." She stammered with a smile, nervously running her hand, through her hair. "Is now really the time, to be courting?" Gwayn said snidely. "We do have night watch today." Fervias said. Lyn's smile disappeared. They were right, now was not the time for courting, and she was on duty. "No. It has to be tonight. You two can stay away from her." "Oh, do I detect a hint of jealousy?" Gwayn said coyly. "Wait, do you think I'm interested in Lyn?" Fervias asked. "Of course!" Yssac spat, quickly covering his mouth, trying not to laugh out loud.

Fervias threw his hands up in the air, and rolled his head back. "Are you serious?" Lyn broke out laughing. "What's so funny?" Lyn and Yssac burst out into laughter. "Why is that funny, to think Fervias is interested in you?" "Because, I'm gay?" Axilas and Gwayn looked at him askance. "You are?" They both said in sync. Fervias shot him a bewildered and livid stare. "Him, I understand. But we've been friends for over two decades Axilas. Did you seriously not know?" Axilas let out a low confused squeak. "I knew...." Yssac and Lyn, fell to their knees, clutching their sides. "Did you seriously not pick up on anything I said?" "I mean you told me, about how you loved Hendrik and...Ooooooooh..." Lyn and Yssac's laughter became more boisterous. Fervias pinched between his brow. "I can't believe you." He sighed, before grabbing Gwayn by the arm.

"What are you doing?" Fervias ignored him, and grabbed Yssac. "We're leaving." "I'm not-" Fervias and Yssac drew their weapons, placing at his throat. "We. Are. Leaving. Understood?" Gwayn nodded and followed along. Lyn wiped her tear, smiling at the blushing Axilas. "I...I knew that he was..." She tittered and pulled him in for a kiss. His eyes bulged open, feeling her lips on his. She pulled away giving him a sly smile. "I'll see you later tonight. I'll dress to impress, you better as well." He stammered back, nodding in a daze. He watched her skip away joyously, before jumping into the air, fist pumping aggressively, and letting out a giant whoop.
