But also they have decided to expand industries such as the diamond industry the iron industry the ore industry and etc .. etc . You get it Russia has a lot of natural resources and they'll gonna make use of that to their advantage . But he's also expanded the industry of something the Americans like very much Oil oil oil oil .
While visiting some miners in a far out part of Russia away from many towns . He could see this black like sludge and when he smelled it he realized what it was it was exactly what he wanted Oil .
