Ash and Marleen were packing their stuff to leave.
"I'm in the parking, taking out the car. Come here, once you are both done packing. I'll drop you at the apartment." Taylor said while taking out his car key in his pocket.
"hmm--" Ash nodded as yes while keeping her things in the luggage.
Marleen was also doing the packing unwillingly as there were no emotions on her face. She was packing like she was not in a mood to do anything right now.
Ash and Taylor noticed her condition but didn't bother to say anything to her as they know it's not easy for her to lose David.
But Ash knew something else.
After they were done packing.
"Hm, Let's leave then." Marleen sighed, looking at her luggage.
"Yes, but wait I have to say goodbye to Mr Roy," Ash said smiling in attitude.
"Heh, and you think he will care?" Marleen said rudely.
"I don't think so, but still. " Ash said, normally.
"Hmm." She nodded as yes.
"Ok, then I will be there in the parking. " Marleen continued.
"Yeah sure. I will be right there soon." Ash said and left the room.
Marleen too left for the parking with the luggage.
"Mr Roy" She knocked at the door of his room.
Mr Roy and cabie were checking someone on the internet.
"Can't you see we are busy? Just get out from here." Cabie said, irritated.
Ash didn't even give a damn to her and knocked again.
"I said get out." Cabie fumed in anger with her behaviour of her.
Ash was enjoying, by noticing her in this condition.
She chuckled and said in a low voice "Hehe... Childish."
Cabie was bursting in anger.
"Oh come on Cabie, grown up already. hehe," She chuckled and made fun of her.
"Nevermind, Mr Roy." Ash has been serious now.
"Yes?" He replied, cold.
"Um. I'm here to say goodbye to you, thanks and sorry also.." Ash said while lowering her face.
"Oh wow, so are you leaving? yay finally." Cabie said cheerfully.
"Cabie, please shut it for a few minutes." Mr Roy said, irritated.
Cabie felt insulted and Ash laughed silently at her.
"So, you and that girl leaving today.. hmm" Mr Roy stood up from his place.
"Yes, Mr Roy thank you for inviting us to your party. You gave us the chance to meet our friends again after so long." Ash said, smiling.
"Even if it's for a few days." Ash's voice got Lil lower. "And sorry for your lose Mr Roy." she continued.
"Yeah! thank you for coming to our party, and don't worry about David, we will soon find the murderer and let David get justice. Don't mind his father's words." Mr Roy replied with a smile.
"you are such a gentleman, Mister." She bowed to show respect. "We would like to meet you again in future." She said while her head down.
"We will take our leave then." Ash stood straight again.
"But.." Cabie stood from her place too.
"But uncle Roy, wasn't the party organised for rich and well-known personalities? Then why did you invite that Marleen who was nothing but a common citizen." Cabie asked, confused.
"Marleen was also one of them." Mr Roy replied.
"What?" She laughed. "You must have gotten the wrong information uncle. hahaha---! " She humiliated Ash.
Ash started laughing too.
Cabie's reaction got changed into anger again.
"Such whoree--" She abused, greeting teeth.
"Marleen is the lady boss of young knives mafia. The head." Ash said, proudly with a smile on her face.
"WHAT----?" Cabie asked, shockingly.
"WORLD'S SECOND LARGEST MAFIA? THE YOUNG KNIVES? SHE IS THE HEAD? IMPOSSIBLE. HEHE." She started laughing as if someone joked around.
Ash didn't reply to this and left with a smile.
"HEY... HEY, I KNOW YOU ARE JOKING. HEHE. THAT CHEAP GIRL... IS THE HEAD. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE." cabie taunted in a psychopath way.
Mr Roy didn't reply to her either and left the room.
Cabie was left shocked. She took his laptop and searched on the internet.
"T-this is a lie. A big lie. " Cabie murdered while typing on her laptop.
'The young knives mafia.' she searched.
Cabie got shocked to her core after Marleen's name got flashed on her screen.
MARLEEN WARREN.
"M-Marleen, Damn, she is the head of the world's second-largest mafia." Cabie was murmuring in the room.
Meanwhile, at the parking, Marleen and Taylor were waiting for Ash.
"Where is she? Guess, her packing was all done when I left then why she is taking time."
Taylor asked, kinda frustrated.
"I don't know, she said she has to say goodbye to Mr Roy," Marleen replied with no emotions on her face.
"There she is." Taylor pointed his finger. Ash was coming from the other side.
"Sorry, for the late guys. Let's go now." She said while being comfortable in the car.
Taylor started his car and drove, Taylor adjusted his front mirror of the car to seek Ash.
"She's a such angel.." Taylor thought.
He kept looking at her from the front camera while keeping his eye on the road also.
Marleen noticed Taylor and smiled.
Ash was scrolling on her mobile phone.
After a few moments, Marleen sensed that this place is a resemblance to her. She had come here earlier. The apartment. The night. She started remembering everything and begins to tremble in fear.
Later, a few minutes they reached the apartment. "Here we are " Taylor got off the car and went to open the gate for both the ladies.
"T--this" Marleen opens her mouth wide in shock.
"What happened Marleen?" Ash concerned.
"N--no no" Marleen trembled.
"This apartment is where I- I and David stayed last time. " She continued.
"What!!?" Ash got shocked.
"What is she saying? Stayed? what does she mean?" Taylor asked.
Marleen ran into the apartment without replying to anyone.
Once, she went inside. She resembles everything.
"This- this is where David lifted me on his arms and we went to the second floor." she thought.
"SECOND FLOOR," she said.
She get into the lift and went to the second floor.
Somewhere else.
"So, my queen is here now. I will appear soon my darling. " He smirked.
