Chapter 2 - Chapter I - Part 1: Eureka Weber

System: With no more monster left on your field, I call forth Murky Wizard for a direct attack! Told you I am a Maestra!

A girl had laid on the bed with blanket protected her fragile body from the unfriendly breeze infiltrated the opened window that had been showing nothing but dark sky, and some flying whales. She seemed to be a teen, yet none had known she had been living for half decades, thanks to the weird circumstances happened to her. To her vision, as the first thing she did was opened her eyes, she describes the very first thing seen on the opened window.

"Uh... whale-"

As soon as her sense returned, she found everything white. With the memory of her past life, obviously, she thought she was dying once again until a poster written with a picture of a cigarette overlaid with a red cross under the clause 'No Smoking Area' caught by her eyes, returning her back to confusing new reality.

"This is... hmm? Hospital?"

She felt her chest was heavier than usual, and then an idea finally came to her mind as she touched the pair of flesh plumps, It was weird sensation of jolting electricity felt through her body, yet addicting. However, soon she had to stop it as her recollection of memory knocked the sense back to her. "Right, I was reincarnated as a girl! That damn god, why I have to be a girl in the first place? Adult too!"

"Perhaps, since you were yearned for a pussy, that's it!"

She was startled and looking everywhere but did not found anyone but herself. "This voice?!" She thought "Where is it? Are you trying to mock me for being a loser virgin?" she tried to locate the echoing yet divine whisper.

"Calm down, I'm connecting with your mind! Just think about whatever you want to talk about and I will hear you out loud! Also, don't get yourself die, will you?"

She was still panicked and ready to jump out of the window with her breath went rabid and desperate for air to cope up with the rushing of blood in her vein, "Die?" she thought.

"Well, if you die again, you will be reincarnated as a hare on a farm and spend your life doing nothing but eating and mating! Something you've yearned so badly in the past!" it replied, it seemed her thought was crystal clear for the mysterious voice within her mind.

"That's-" she stuttered, and after a second of pause and silence, she let out a gentle sigh, or frustrated moan, then continued, "But what should I do, then? You told me I am now Eureka Weber? I had no slightest clue about my new self! Why can't I, at least, be reincarnated as a baby or a kid? I can at least start to learn the world from the very young and beginning!"

"Don't worry! Apparently, you're diagnosed with amnesia! Good thing, isn't it?"

She put her palms into her face then let out a louder sigh, or moan, "Okay, but at least can you tell me something about this world, the basic, I mean!"

"Oh, easy! But please wait, I will make it into a single sentence so you will understand! Perhaps here..." from the location the voice came from, Eureka heard a rumbling sound, something resembled an avalanche of books had fallen, "Aww! And this, *sniveling* that, and... this one, *sobbing*?"

"You okay, there?"

"I'm fine, please!" the mysterious voice replied inside her mind after being silent for few seconds "This is a world of magic and they have a game called Maestra which similar to a card game-"

"Card game?" without she realized, her thought was being said out loud.

A nurse came in with a surprised look on her face, "Miss Weber, you have woken up!"

"Ah, I... uh-"

"It's okay, calm down, take a deep breath, and... blow through your mouth! haaa..." she instructed Eureka to inhale the drug-smelled air after misunderstood Eureka's awkward expression as a panic one.

"I'm fine... thank you, nurse..."

"Erda White! But you can call me Erda! Well, I still have patients to check, but if you need anything, just put your hand on the bell! So, before I leave, you have something to tell me?"

Eureka shook her head "I'm fine! So, the bell... it just needs a gentle pressing, that's all, right?" she replied. Then Nurse Erda left her after giving a nod of confirmation, and then she left the room. Her stepping heels slowly went dimmer and dimmer, telling Eureka she was leaving further and further from her room. "She is a godsend! Her melons-"

"Bad news, you cannot go for it! Same-sex marriage is illegal here! You have to take a dick, which is something you used to have!" the mysterious voice echoed once more in her mind, finished by a mocking laugh.

"F-forget that! Tell more about this, Meistera stuff!"

"It is Maestra--" the voice stressed its tone, "--a card game, with real magic and spell! The cards are made of mana and stored in your philosopher stone! You draw them out and cast them to the battlefield!"

"Sounds like a 'Pokie-Mons' to me! Except it has no deck! And, wait, philosopher stone? Isn't that?"

"Just a term, not a real one! But the historians here believe the first battle has occurred with two Maestras battling each other by exhausting each other's philosopher stone! One who no longer cast magic lost the duel!"

"I see, but how do I get to play? It sounds dangerous too, is it only chosen people can play it?"

"That thought is just ancient stuff, if you believe in it, people will think of you as a resurrected fossil from the dark age! Everyone with philosopher stone can play! But as I said, these so-called philosopher stones are not real! Your deck is magically made as long as you have the correspondence stone, which is your necklace!"

Eureka just realized that something was encircling her neck, "Uh, this one? Looks like amethyst to me!" she said, with a pendant made of something gold grasping tight toward the purplish stone.

"As long as you have it, you can duel someone! A deck will be formed magically on your left hand in a form of aura! Well, the rest you can figure it by yourself! Trial and error are the best teacher! Once again, you're suffering with amnesia so people won't mind telling you the basic forever! Anyway, I have to go now, there're so many losers I need to reincarnate as a meat shield--I mean, brave hero on other worlds, so busy! Okay, farewell!"

"W-wait-" unfortunately, as she tried to reach, the voice had been long gone from her mind.

"Oh, come on!" she looked at the window - black sky as a canvas of the night, painted in starry glimmers. Upon walking closer, her vision had widened. She was presented by a view of vast land veiled with the darkness of the night shadow, swarmed by glittering lights she had believed to be the fireflies dancing around the dark land undisturbed and happily. She was reminded of her past, back when she was a child in her former world, used to live in a rural area with a similar view until it razed by machines, turned nothing but buildings and road that suffocated her every morning. "Growing in a developing town is suck!" she murmured.

Enough with the view, she then returned to her bed. The lamp switch was turned off, and she was ready to end the exhausting day.

---

It was early in the morning Eureka had awoken from her sleep. The chirping sound of the birds had woken her up, but she had paid no mind, not even the wailing noise made by those flying whales. She had began to enjoy her new life. Moreover, she felt contended with the fact that there was no beeping machine beside her anymore, or cables stuck on her chest, or arms, anywhere when she opened up the pair of her eyes. But, of course, it was morning and as a biologically functioned human being, the first thing she would do in the very morning was to answer the call of the nature, to toilet she let her feet guided.

It was in the toilet that then she once again realized, her hand no longer grabbing something that usually there. "Ah, silly me! I keep forgetting that I am a growing teenage girl now!" she thought.

She might have no idea how to do the business in a new body of the opposite sex, but she was not that innocent before. She just needed to sit down and do the rest according to how her past memory served. Once done, cleaning, and then flushing the toilet. Easy, or was it?

It was a good thing her room has a toilet. Would be a disastrous if she accidentally went into the wrong toilet and caused an early ruckus. But again, she should have to know everything about being a girl, if the rules were the same as her former world, that's it.

"I once had a big sister, too! This might sound perverted, but I knew exactly what she does when coming to taking care of yourself as a lady! We used to take a bath together until I was, six? Anyway, thank you for taking care of me, dear sister!" she murmured by herself, as she shuffled out from the toilet.

Her attention was drawn, as she took a glimpse about the sink beside her. There was a mirror, not that big but enough to reflect her whole new face, a new identity - a girl blessed with straight black purplish hair as long as her shoulder, and eyes of violet pearls. The reflection made a gesture of a soft rub on the cheeks, exactly what Eureka did to her own cheek.

"So this is me now? Eu-"

"Eureka!!" the door of her room was barged with force, someone shouted the name bestowed at her. Upon closing the toilet, she was presented with the overwhelming presence of another girl around her age.

A girl around her age, golden twin-tail and eyes red burning like ruby under the sunset had found her staring back. "Eureka!" noticing someone she had searched was right there came out from toilet, the girl mysterious and anonymous to Eureka jumped at her and wrapped her hands at her.

"Eh? What?" Eureka had no idea who was this girl, let alone the relationship between them.

Nurse Erda came immediately after too late to stop the girl, "Miss Phoenix! Don't make a ruckus! Also, Miss Weber is still suffering from amnesia, please don't cause more confusion to her!"

"Amnesia? No way!" the twin-tailed girl bawled and buried her face into Eureka's developing the pair of D-cup bosom. "Waaah, Eureka! No way that you forgot about me, right!"

---

It took around half an hour for Eureka to console the girl. According to herself, she was the friend that the voice had told beforehand - Nicole Phoenix, a friend and classmate of Eureka Weber in an academy.

"Eureka... I am sorry..." she had done letting her emotional outburst, still sniveled and sobbing, but apparently was done and had accepted that Eureka had amnesia in a hard way.

She was Nicole, best friend of her, or she claimed her to be. It was awkward, but as a man, or used to be a man, to let the girl crying or even sent her home simply were a horrible idea Eureka had thought, thus she just let the girl sobbing in her embrace. Also, she kind of enjoying a girl's companion too, so nothing bad about, she thought. "It's okay, I don't even know what happened to me, maybe?" she joked about the amnesia.

"That's not nice of you taking the amnesia so lightly! A moment, how about this?" The girl, Nicole was her name, showed her bangle with a red stone embed on it, "We can have a Maestra Duel! I hope this will ignite your lost memory!" she proposed her challenge.

Eureka tilted her head, "What is that?" she was not pretending, but it would be not wise to simply accept the challenge, which was what she had in mind.

"Don't worry! We're in same league! We're equal in skill and luck! Just follow me!" with every enthusiasm began erasing her somber, Nicole pulled Eureka in the arm, "Nurse, let me borrow her for a while!" she said, and then the two just gone toward the exit.
