"Stay here." She ordered her guards before she entered the room.
She takes a seat in one of the accent chairs then she looks around.
"Do you want anything to drink, Senator Paz?" The receptionist asked.
"No, please. Thank you." The senator replied while maintaining her friendly demeanor until the receptionist left the room and closed the door.
Her smile eventually fades away. It looks like they haven't arrived yet. She leisurely looked around the office.
15 minutes had passed, and they still hadn't arrived yet. She took out her phone and searched for any updates on the news. Her father promised to do all his might to clear her name. She expects progress within the day.
