"So?" Elijah looked down at Sadie who still kept her face buried in his chest. He had already apologized, explained, and confessed. But he only got a few words from her to confirm the words he said. He wanted to know what was running through her head.
"So?" But it looks like Sadie is not going to give it to him.
"Uhm…aren't you going to say anything?"
Sadie smiled and shook her head. "No. What do you want me to say?" She's got a lot on her head right now and she doesn't want Elijah to know about it yet. She doesn't want to accidentally tell him that she loves him as well. She will wait until her mind and heart have calmed down and then she will think about how to deal with what Elijah told her.
Not that there is a lot to deal with. She'll just have to tell him that she loves him as well. It was that easy. But she just doesn't want to be in a rush.
"I don't know," Elijah was dumbfounded then he groaned in frustration. "You are killing me,"
