Sadie rushed towards the infirmary of the Twelve Army. With Diana working at the infirmary as a nurse ever since she was born, Sadie had familiarized herself with every turn in the hallway of the infirmary. At some point in her childhood days, the hallways of the infirmary had become her playground and the rooms there had become her hiding spots.
After a couple of turns, Sadie found a hallway where the private rooms were located. As soon as she made the turn, she was instantly greeted by a hallway that was filled with men and women. Mostly men who were leaning on the wall. The women, who were the mothers of her friends, were sitting on the bench huddled together. Some of her friends were pacing back and forth.
Sadie hurriedly walked toward them. Her footsteps probably echoed throughout the hallway so that they were all able to hear them. Before she even reached them, they already had their heads looking toward her.
