Elijah pushed the door of their vacation house and walked in. The moment his foot stepped inside, the whole house lit up as if it was welcoming one of its masters.
The vacation house that was located by the lake was owned by the Parkers. Though no one lives there, it was well taken care of as if someone was living there. The Parkers had hired a caretaker that would look after the house every day to make sure that if a member of the Parkers suddenly decided to stop by and spend a night there, they would feel comfortable and relax without having to worry about cleaning the house first so they could stay for a night or a week.
But not only the Parkers were allowed there. The security system of the whole house allowed other members of their circle as well, including the Hayes', Khos, Browns, Mayers, Martinez' and Lis.
