A week was quickly gone and soon Nora found herself preparing for the auction ball. She had already bought the ball gown that she was going to wear and even hired a makeup artist to do her hair and makeup for the night because she doesn't have the patience and talent to do it on her own.
Once the makeup artist and her team left her room, she checked herself in the mirror and was pleased with what she saw.
Nora was wearing a beige A-line dress with thin straps and a deep sweetheart neckline that shows her cleavage though not in a sensual way. It was made of layers of silk that is covered with sheer lace with an intricate design making it look elegant and sophisticated. Her hair was parted in the middle and pulled in a low bun. She wore no jewelry except for the chandelier earrings. Her makeup was barely there. It was nude but her eyes were emphasized with black eyeliner and mascara making her look daunting.
