It was a small door hidden behind the mansion of the Banks that was connected to a stair that would lead to a hallway underground. The hallway would lead them directly to the mansion's panic room.
While planning for that mission, Timothy studied the layout of the mansion. He managed to get the blueprint by hacking the database of the construction firm that the Banks' hired to construct the mansion.
That's how he found out about the hidden door that was connected to the panic room.
Getting access to the panic room that was computer operated should be a tough job because it was supposed to be impenetrable. But nothing is impenetrable to Timothy's hacking skills.
When Cole finally found the doorknob, he twisted it and found that it was locked. "It's locked," He said.
