Sadie finally got home without Elijah following her car but the security details remained. Though the security details now were visible ever since Elijah called them back, they were not doing anything that would disturb her or distract her from her work. They don't even seem like a disturbance in the restaurant since the customer barely notices their presence.
It was just their presence that irks her and the reason why they were around. That's all.
Sadie was not affected by Elon Banks' threat in the form of sending his death squad to watch her. She thought that they will not do anything to her and that even if they try, they cannot do anything.
It is not as if she cannot protect herself. Or she doesn't have a brother or a father that she knew watching over her as well though it doesn't seem like it.
