Damien knew that whatever Timothy Hayes or Megan Li found out about him, they reported it to Nora or her mother. So he would let them. He wanted to be transparent to them as much as possible to prove that they could trust him.
He will not hide anything because this time, he is certain that he is not doing anything wrong. At least nothing that they would deem as against Nora or the Robin Hood Society.
"I think Megan Li will be coming home soon," Garren suddenly said, making Damien look at him with a narrowed eye. Then Garren added, "She has been in constant contact with Miss J. It seems that she will be working for either her or Nora,"
Damien was not surprised that Garren was watching Megan Li. He knew that Garren was infatuated with the police officer but he wasn't sure how far his infatuation with her would go. He could only hope that it would not cost him his life.
