As J stood at the center of the living room she heard Damien ask, "Do you want something to drink?"
She turned her head and found him standing in the hallway that would lead to the dining and kitchen. She looked at him with a blank expression on her face and said, "No, I will not stay for long. I don't want to impose," Then she turned around and walked to the sofa.
J moved elegantly and gracefully as she sat on the sofa. But when she looked up, Damien was met with cold and intimidating eyes. Damien must admit, he had never met a woman that was effortlessly and unknowingly intimidating as Jenny Parker. Though she was undeniably beautiful and ageless, Damien still found himself intimidated by her. But Damien didn't show it.
