Nora put another spoonful of vanilla ice cream into her mouth before she put down the spoon on the table and stared at her father with a serious expression on her face. "Well, Megan followed the links and it led her to Garren Hutton," Her gaze never left her parents' faces. She wanted to know if they had an idea of what she was talking about.
Jacob's face darkens as he mumbled, "Damien's right-hand man,"
This time, J finally realized what Nora could be talking about. "You mean…"
"He is not only offering his 'services' to the military but to the corporate world as well," Jacob said with a stern tone.
When Nora received Megan's call earlier, she wondered if Timothy or her parents already knew about it. Apparently, Damien was also creating amazing deals that only corporate lawyers could come up with. It slightly surprises Nora because again, Damien is not a lawyer.
