After receiving Leo's report, Jacob hung up his phone and placed it on the top of his office desk. Though he had already fully passed the management of Twelve Army to Nic, he still kept his office while Nic made an office in a little smart house at the back of the main building.
That setup made it look like Jacob is still the chairman of Twelve Army.
Nic's identity still remains a secret to the public and he wants it that way as well as the fact that he is now the chairman of Twelve Army. He had already explained his reasoning to Jacob and though Jacob understands it, he just hoped that kind of setup is not for long, especially since J's heart is breaking at the idea that the public believes that she only has Nora and Elijah as her children.
