Megan was so eager to get her mission done. Not that she was in a rush to go back, in fact, she doesn't have any plans of going back. She intends to stay at Crocus.
After six months of investigating, she finally found all the information she needed. So, she cannot find any reason why she should put her mission on hold. Once it is over, who knows maybe she could find another solo mission to take.
Maybe she could take an espionage mission since it turns out that she is good at it.
Wearing a full black diving suit, she emerged from the water under the oil rig platform. Though it was nighttime and the water was dark, Megan did not risk taking a boat to go to the oil rig which was guarded by not just a private army from the Twelve Army but pirates as well for twenty-four hours.
So, she swam halfway to the oil rig which was a couple of miles from the shore.
