Nora stood by the floor-to-ceiling window of her beautiful and relaxing room. Her bedroom is the brightest room in their house. Compared to Nic and Elijah's room, hers is the smallest but Nora would not trade it with any other room in the house.
It was a corner room that has a balcony so she has a very magnificent view of the forest behind their house. It has a huge floor-to-ceiling window that is draped with a white curtain that complements the gray paint of her room. The window lets the natural light in, making the room bright though not too bright to the point that it hurts the eyes. Thanks to the contrasting colors of gray and the addition of huge plants.
Her phone is on her ears as she listens to the other person on the line say something.
"Are you ready?" She heard Megan ask from the other line.
A small smile appear at the corner of Nora's lips as she replied, "As I can be,"
