It has been three months since Arthur last saw Belle and until now, he still cannot find her. He doesn't care if Belle doesn't want to be found or if her brother doesn't want him to find her. All that matters is, that he knows how she is faring. Is she in good health? Is she safe?
She doesn't have to know that he finds her as long as he knows that she is okay.
But he still cannot find her. Not even a trace.
He has been to all places that he found that Alex Ogden owned but they were not there. He had even visited the place that Jack Ogden owned, Oxeye Castle, even though he knew that Alex wouldn't certainly take his sister there.
He had been to the place where Alex Ogden kept her for therapy during the year that she was diagnosed with PTSD.
And unfortunately, he still hasn't found her.
