When Alex and Arthur burst into the room where they assumed Belle was in, they were astounded by the sight that welcomed them.
Belle was chained to the ceiling. Her exposed upper torso is covered with blood…her blood. Knives were sticking out of both her sides and thighs.
In front of her, stood Matias De Rossi holding a knife that was stained with blood. They don't have to guess whose blood it was.
Matias, who was surprised by the sudden interruption, glanced over his shoulder and found the fuming Alex and Arthur at the door.
Belle took that opportunity that Matias was distracted and raised her foot to kick Matias' hand. The knife that he was holding flew up in the air, Belle gripped the chain tightly then flung her body so that her feet would rise in the air to catch the knife before Matias could.
