J's face turned grim but behind those eyes were worries. "Are you sure?"
"Of course, don't worry about me," Diana replied ardently.
J narrowed her eyes at her and became irritated because Jacob is still blocking her way. "Can you please move?" She asked Jacob in an annoyed tone but Jacob just looked down at her and raised an eyebrow as if challenging her.
"Why would you even take me here if you won't even let me get near her?" J scowled at Jacob.
"And I am now regretting it. I should have waited until she was finished with her shift."
J's frown gets deeper. But she knows that even if she gets all stubborn now, Jacob wouldn't let her get near Diana. "I won't touch her," J said defeatedly no matter how irrational she thinks Jacob is.
"And I won't let her. I promise. Or else I will lose my job. You guys do not have any idea how hard it is for me to convince Leo to let me work and I won't risk this chance." Diana said, making J smile.
