It was already dark when Jacob arrived at the headquarters of the Robin Hood Society.
He has been calling J but she was not answering his calls. He was not surprised at all, he knew she would be mad for leaving her. But he just cannot take any risk. He will not take his wife where Jack and Alex Ogden are.
Jacob found out from Arthur that J didn't leave the house the whole day. He wonders how she survived the day confined in the room without doing anything.
She probably slept the whole day. Jacob smiled at the thought of J's unusual behavior these past few days.
With that thought in mind, he quickened his pace towards his office. He can't wait to see her. He can't wait to see her sulking face. She is fuming in anger for sure but he always finds her cute whenever she's at it. And he can't wait to appease her.
When he opened the door of their house that is adjacent to his office, he found it empty.
