After the successful purchase of the Hawthorns, Zane decided to check all the other stores trying to find something similar. Unfortunately, none was more effective than the Brute's Hawthorns.

Zane waited for a while, then sat down in front of the bar. The bartender came to him and gave him some purple alcoholic drink. Zane smelled a strong smell of alcohol.

Zane looked at him, the bartender. He has crew-cut white hair. His right eye was blind, with a long scar that started from his brow to his right cheek. Zane concluded that it was likely from a blade. He wears very clean clothes.

Zane couldn't help but pause for a moment. He knew it would be pricey, but he didn't think it would be that much. He knew the guy was not messing around. It will have been a different response if the guy was not an Awakened.
"When I get the money, I will come back to you."
The Bartender laughed, "Good! Don't disappoint me"
After some discussion, Zane left the bar and headed back to his rented warehouse to get the books and materials. Afterward, he went back to the Market.
