Seeing him come inside, Linda stood up as she kept the ice bag on the table and smilingly looked back at him. Neil noticed her smile but as his eyes fell on the swelling on her arm, he almost punched himself internally to not lose his calm again.
He looked at the manager as he took the cue and took the baby chair with him while he smilingly played with the baby there. Neil then calmly took Linda to his office's library. Neil didn't raise a single word or question about the incident that happened a while ago and Linda too didn't talk about it.
Neil pushed on one of the few hidden buttons on his office desk as a door opened in his wall. This amazed Linda. She didn't know that this technology was also known and used to this day by the humans other than their realm.
