Gala laid in her nest exhausted from her adventure in the capital. Her nest being a loose assortment of heavy clothing, blankets, and other miscellaneous textiles to make sure her talons don't tear through her bed in her sleep.
She stretched out and preened herself; removing flecks of filth and straightening out her feathers. Then rolling on to her stomach; resting her face against a torn up silk dress. Her beak had already torn several holes in it, and tonight there would likely be another.
Her thoughts drifted to home. She missed Stoneclock, her home. Then to the church were she and her many wives lived and loved together. Then to her first wife, Tifa. A cute little demonkin woman. Little, being relative to her own kind, as she was still taller than Gala.
Gala chuckled a little think about how Tifa and Vanity look very similar. If relation was unknown, one would think Vanity was Tifa's older sister. Gala figured that's the reason she's been flirting with Vanity a lot. She's missing Tifa, and Vanity just brings up every ounce of longing.
Finally, Gala drifted into sleep. Honestly hoping to dream of something erotic, but alas, it was much worse. She once again found herself circled by the infinite onyx serpent; Leviathan.
"You're growing weak. Day by day, another lock falls from the door that holds me." The creatures voice reverberated as if 100 people were speaking at the same time.
Gala grumbled, her anger echoing through the black.
"You're getting really annoying! You know that!?" She shouted.
"Annoying... Annoying... ANNOYING...
What's annoying is that the First One's essence still clings to you, but you no longer have that circus of lust offering you their 'blessings' every waking moment.
And now, the cracks are forming. Soon the earth will shatter and nothing will remain; returned to the void."
"In Hagen's name all you ever talk about is 'Void This' and 'Void That'. Get some new material buddy, you're getting stale."
There was a momentary silence. Gala, thinking she had gotten one up on the dark god, chuckled. The smirk on her beak was quickly wiped away however, as the familiar, dreaded, inky black hands pulled at her hands and wings pulling them intensely in opposite directions.
"No! Not aga-- AAAGGHH!" She screamed has she could first feel the joints in her wings dislocating, then her flesh tearing at her shoulder blades as her wings were ripped from her body, and pulled into the endless black sea below her.
Gala did her best to stifle her tears and whimpers, as she could feel warm blood oozing down her back and tail feathers. Her pain and strife turned to anger. "Just wait until I find away to destroy you for good! " She hissed. "You won't be able to do that again!"
"Not even in your dreams...
And it's because of my dreaming that we are in this debacle.
Hagen, Graila, Thallen, those so called gods, brothers, creators of your world... nothing more than flecks of sin that flaked off my cosmic scales.
Lust, Pride, Wrath, all allowed free reign long enough to stand a chance against me once I had awoken again.
It was by me that they were born, and by me they shall parish...
YET YOU CONTINUE TO STAND IN THE WAY!"
The familiar piercing scream returned once again as Gala writhed in agony. She began bleeding from the eyes, ears, and nose as she began coughing up blood, then outright vomiting it. What dripped below her fell into the inky black; causing it to boil and bubble as the splash back burned like acid through feathers and skin.
No matter how much she screamed she couldn't wake up this time, as she experienced a constant cycle of suffering. Bleeding from every orifice then the splashes of black acid. Within minutes, even though she could barely see through the blood in her eyes, her arms were slowly being reduced to nothing but bone.
"Gala...!" A sudden foreign voice called out through the screaming.
"Wake up, Gala!"
"Yoona needs Gala to wake up!"
Gala's eyes shot open with the sound of her own screaming. Yoona pulled her into a big hug.
"Shhh, shhh... Yoona heard Gala having a bad dream, but Yoona here to help."
Gala made in attempt at a reply, but her voice was muffled by the pair of large, furry mounds under cloth wrappings that smothered her.
"Oh, Yoona sorry." Yoona released her grasp so Gala could catch her breath. "Is Gala okay now?"
"Uhh, yeah... T-thank you, Yoona." Gala got quite sheepish as she couldn't dare look at the massive gnoll beauty.
"That's good. Now Yoona is going to go back to bed." Yoona smiled and turn to get off the nest bed, but was stopped when Gala grabbed on to her hand. Gala hesitated to get the words out as she still couldn't look at Yoona.
"C-can you stay with... me. J-just for tonight?" Gala stammered quietly.
"Of course Yoona can! Remember? Yoona and Gala are 'Beastly Beauties' and we stick together." Yoona said all gleeful as she crawled back into the nest. She laid down on her side facing Gala getting as comfortable as she could as she held up her hands to offer Gala into her embrace.
Gala scooted into Yoona using her surprisingly muscular arm as a pillow. She gulped as she was once again face-to-bosom with the gnoll. Yoona wrapped her spare arm around Gala and pulled her a little closer, but made sure not to smother the poor bird again.
"Yoona... You don't have a lot of reservation when it comes to pulling people into chest, do you?"
"Yoona's mama would do it all the time when Yoona was sad, and it made her feel better. So Yoona does it to her friends too. Does it make Gala feel better?"
"Y-yeah. It do--" Gala was once again silenced as she was pulled deeper into the furry mountain range.
"Then when Gala is feeling sad, she can come to Yoona for a hug." Yoona let out a big yawn. "Yoona is tired, let's sleep."
"Mmh-fmm..." Gala said incoherently. Though she tried her best to sleep, she was kept awake by the constant thud of the gnoll's heart.

Gala once again woke to an empty nest. It seemed Yoona got up and left before her. Her side of the nest was still a little warm. She sat up to do her morning preening to fix her bed feathers, but was stopped by a loud knock at the door. "Coming!" She yelled. "Can't get a single moment of quiet it seems..." She mumbled under her breath.
She creaked the door open slightly only for it to then slam open to the side as the very imposing figure of Dian stood in the door frame looking at her pocket watch. "It's 9 o'clock. Our 24 hour date starts now." She said calmly putting the watch back into her pocket.
"...What?" Gala paused.
"I said... Our date... starts...NOW." She said slow and condescending.
"...But I'm not ready ye--" Gala stopped as Dian lent down and gently caressed the underside of her chin while making a shushing noise.
"Calm down. I'll give you 15 minutes to get dressed..." Dian smirked looking at the still naked bird, only a dense patch of feathers covering her groin.
"...but be sure to hurry. Since you plan to court me, I should let you know that I am not a patient woman, and I like my lovers to be ready for anything at any moment. Tick tock, you're already losing points."
Gala stumbled backwards as she shuffled around trying to get the door closed. She was absolutely not ready.

Gala finally exited the room wearing her usual green silk shorts, but she also wore a torn, white cloth crop top that exposed a little underboob, if she actually had any. Over her shoulder and at her waist was a leather satchel bag that jingled slightly with every step.
"Five minutes to spare. Well done." Dian complemented, with a deceptively cheery tone.
Gala didn't know how to respond as she linked arms with her date with great trepidation. As the strong, beautiful, domineering aura of Dian was bringing out her submissive side.
Gala had a reputation of being a big flirt, but once she was on the receiving end she would get as bashful as a virgin. That or be completely oblivious. It took literal divine intervention and a lot of alcohol to even have her first night with her wife. All bark and no bite, at least in the first few steps. Once she got into bed, however, she was known to start biting.
The two made their way out of the palace and out into the streets. "So, where to first, my little songbird?" Dian asked with the same cheery tone, but she seemed a little forced.
"It's uh... It's a surprise!" She got out with some hesitation. Completely a lie as she yet to come up with an actual plan and was winging it at this point.
"Hmmm. Another thing you should know; I don't like surprises." Her forced cheeriness was very prevalent now, enough to make Gala suspicious.
"Are you alright?" Gala asked.
Dian's fake smile dropped into frustration.
"No, I'm not. You had a date planned for me, yet I saw Yoona leaving your room this morning. Explain." She demanded calmly with an angered undertone.
"That's because..." Gala began panicking, grasping for any convincing lie she could. "...we were having a sleepover. You know, just girls talking girl things."
"Huh..." Dian smirked. "...and what girl things did you talk about?" Dian was sure Gala likely didn't try anything with Yoona from the start, but now was just curious what kind of hole she could dig for herself.
"Oh, you know... dreams, friends, and moms."
"That's quite the assortment... Another thing you should know. I don't like being lied to." Dian stopped in her tracks along the side of the flagstone roads of the noble district that lead into the common district.
"Do you mind telling me why we're heading this way? Surely you didn't plan on us going this way."
Gala knew exactly where they were, as she did plan at least this. It was the corner that had the bakery and park with the duck pond. Gala gingerly escorted her date towards the establishment as she was getting a little more comfortable hanging onto Dian.
"Seriously, of all places to start a date? A bakery?" Dian criticized with obvious annoyance.
"Nooo... We are getting something for our actual start of the date." Gala countered with a bratty tone.
Dian hummed an unimpressed tone. Gala then went to the counter to make her order. Luckily the line was short.
She came back with a small loaf of bread and a single plain looking donut, then began leading Dian towards the park. "Here, this is for you." Gala offered the donut with a cheery expression.
"Oh... Thank you..." Dian feigned, still with an annoyed expression. She decided she'd "try" at being a good date partner, but this plain donut was really pushing the bounds of what she was willing to deal with.
"Try it, you'll like it!" Gala claimed all excited.
Dian closed her eyes and sighed before letting out a soft "Fine." She adjusted her mask slightly to fit the donut past as she took a bite.
For a brief glimpse Gala could spot a speck of white along Dian's lips that would be under the mask. "Is she wearing makeup? Weird." Gala thought.
Dian's face lit up from the taste. She did her best to hide it, but her surprise was quite apparent. She eyed the bird suspiciously while Gala gazed back with excited anticipation. "Did you like it?"
"H-how..." Dian stammer looking at the donut. "...how did you know I like cinnamon?"
"It's just one of my Psion abilities. I sometimes pick up in people's subconscious thought." Gala mentioned nonchalantly as she hopped up into a stone curb; balancing while she walked and talked.
"When we walked into the bakery, you smelled cinnamon and wanted it."
"That seems very intrusive..." Dian said, then stopped to think; Gala stopped with her. She looked at Gala, who was now at eye level, with a smile. "...but thank you, none the less."
If an owl could blush, she would be. Gala turned her head and held up the loaf of bread. "No-not a problem... Do you want to feed some ducks?"
"Sure..." Dian took the loaf with a confused expression. This was a first for her. About 95% of all her dates were wine, dine, and dirty deeds. Ducks were never included in the other 5% either.
Dian turned and threw a small piece onto the cobblestone path of the park. A raft of fowl quickly swarmed at the elf's feet pecking excited at the baked dough; a flurry of feathers as they fought for scraps. Once they were done they looked up and quacked expectantly.
She removed another piece and tossed it into the fray. Dian did it again and again as a scornful glare took ever her face, and she radiated an eerie energy.
