Inside the sect
In middle of the sect stood four proud-looking statues. These statues are so giant that they can be viewed from any of the sect's corners. The figures gazed towards the sky as if everything was beneath them.
Seeing this many big statue Many kids were currently whispering to each other.
(Who's statues are those?) A curious kid ask another kid beside him.
(You don't even know this? They are the statues of the previous four ancestors of the kingdom!)
It's a very common knowledge . From the early age kids learn about this four ancestors. People says this ancestors was able to make rain and cloud with just flicker of their hands.
(Ah, that's awesome! But why are they looking at the sky?)

In pervious time when this kid's came to join they weren't able to go inside the sect . All of the people had to stay outside of the sect and more importantly most of the kids never seen something like this .
All of the kid guided to a open area where already some people present . Most of the people present here are from some family in the capital so they came early.
They look toward the incoming people with hostile gaze. Not because they have some enmity Between among themselves but because of the competition Between the disciple.
There is only limited Resource but lots of disciple. That's why there is lots of exam to find the best candidate to nurture. As for why kids from capital Don't like kids that come from out side Because there is chance they might take a piece of pie.
Those who come from outside of the capital never have any good day as long as they study in the sect. Or if they Won't join a faction.

"This identification Cards allow you to roam all around outer sect. But if you want to go to the inner sect then you will have to take permission from a inner elder".
"And more importantly you can choose one martial Arts after 1 month".
Every outer disciple assign a job to do for 1 month after they officially join the sect . If they have better luck then they won't have to do this type of work .
Like some inner elder recommended a disciple the he/ she will be able to leave this one months work.
Work that is given to the new disciple are cutting wood, Picking harb etc. Even though this work may not look like hard but there is placed some rules that make this work very hard.
Even if this look useless in surface but in reality there are some hidden benefits disciple get who do this work.
Out of all the work given to the new disciple only wood cutting is the best . Cutting wood can help one disciple training their body in fullest .
Even though this job is very hard from the prospective of some disciple but on reality those who get this work to do understand the true value.
Because when someone cut wood, they have to put all of their strength into the axe to cut. This help one to gain more stamina and energy.

As Ayan's party make their way to the place where they gone work they notice, in front of a wooden house man sitting in a chair, in front of him present a table where he leaning his head . He have long, downward pointing moustache.
"Supervisor I've come with the new disciple". The one who Guide the kids call out to the supervisor.
This man Supervisor slowly open his eyes and give a glance towards all the disciple.
"There is rules you must follow, I Won't repeat, so engraved this in your Heart. You have to chop 3000 fire wood in a month"
Hearing what supervisor said kids started to frown.
( Did i heard it correctly? someone tell me, I heard 1000 not 10000 )
( I think you heard 10000, Don't pretend to be shocked)

Its not only this kids who are whispering among them, most of the kids present here Couldn't believe what they heard.
They never chop a single wood in their entire life. How can they chop 10000 wood in a month?
"This is insane why do we have to cut this many wood When others are only picking herb and doing other easy job". A kid shout furiously he couldn't take it anymore .
Supervisor give a lazy glance toward the kid " Are you finished, do others have anything to say ?"
More then 10 start saying after hearing what supervisor asked.

Supervisor waited for them to finish their complain .
Supervisor point toward all of the kid who talk " you, you ,you, those who want have complain about your work stand in one side".
Hearing this those who talk become happy .
" Is there anyone who gave something to say?" supervisor give a glance toward the other kid but couldn't find one to talk .
"ok so here is your rewords. Even if you guys manage to pass this month, as a punishment to disobey your senior you have to work 1 month extra".
" This is fucking insane"
"2 month".
"you can't do this".
"3 month" this time disciple don't talk back only look toward the supervisor with tearful eyes .
