And there was not a lot of people living there, only the poor live there because they can not afford to live in a big village where the governor collects high taxes, Like Pon, Pon is a known village known for its high level military and every other village was afraid of Pon, But except for one village and that village is known as Kongo's, Kongo was a big village and lots of people lives there, and they have a big military around 275M troops, but half of them are low levels because the government pay lots of money if you join the military in Kongo's.
