Once the East had relatively calmed down, Won contacted all the Empires and each sect.
The countless Emperor's and sect leaders arrived following the call.
The Nine Great Spirit sects were now a thing of the past sadly, although only a small amount of their sects were destroyed. Not only had they lost the support and goodwill of the populace, the remaining one's themselves felt disgusted at their own groups actions and distanced themselves. At this point it was hard to find a Monk in a good Condition. Most had come to Ito and kneeled before the Royal palace for many days even right now. While another good portion secluded themselves on the tallest and harshest mountains, never to see the glory and light of the East winds ever again.
Won was looking at a large map in a gigantic room. He was surrounded by over a thousand men. They were the various sect leaders and their smartest men, military gods of the East and their Emperor's, Scholars from countlessly branches. All sorts of men from all sorts of lifestyle's gathered and discussed various things. First was the immediate issue of the Eastern realm's personal situation. Topics ranging from religion, tax, war, bandits etc rang out. Won discussed and made arrangements adequately. Finally their domestic issues had to a good degree ended, finally the discussion on the world outside was taking place.
He said, "Currently the North holds the advantage against the rest of the regions. We have made some methods to regain our strength, yet all in all we are the weakest if you took the south away. We can't go to the south because we'll be annexed by the West and North. The West have although a lower degree, yet a greater quality regained their strength. If you look at it like this we are trapped. Yet in any case I had been planning to take over the West in the coming years. I have a few people in the West under my control, so if we use them we can sneak attack the West."
The Sect Leader of the Rainbow fell sect said in shock, "Are we going against the West your majesty? As you said we are disadvantaged."
Won nodded, "And we will continue to be, and it might get worse. We have to act fast and firmly, once we devour the West eating the south is easy. Then the North is our only opponent."
Won shook his hand, "No in the first place our only option is the West. In a conflict with the West, it would be far too dangerous for the North. The West and East even though rival's, similarly share a close relationship. If the North were to attack, the West and East would jointly attack their nation. Their machines and weapons are indeed strong now that we are weak, but in the end there is always a variable."
"The North is unavailable to us currently, the south is too dangerous considering we are open to the other regions. The West is our only chance. Our chances lie here in the Nolan mountains."
Nolan Mountains was an expansive stretch of mountains chains, all linking together to create a magnificent and fierce boundary. It sat right upon Tartarus, a giant gaping hole that sperated the East and West.
At first the twisted mountain chains, wild beasts and dangerous topography made it some place to although keep in mind due to the location inevitably something to stay away from. Yet during the ancient wars a brilliant commander names Nolan Heron. He spent a total of Fifteen years training troops to adapt to the environment of the mountains. Ten more in silent preparation, and then one unassuming day he took control of the mountain chain. He built a gigantic fortress named Ifrit forged from the stone of the mountain, and volcanic glass. They had such an advantage and position that the East faced great defeat. Due to their way of assimilating with the mountain, it became a supreme token for the West that used the mountains to charge towards the East. In the end some supreme experts who managed to escaped from the supreme experts of the West arrived at the mountain chain and tried to destroy it. Yet because of the strategic location and the innate characteristic of the environment they survived for three days when the West attacked.
It was a place of humiliation and wrath for the East.
Won smirked, "That place was the Easts defeat and it's only fitting that it becomes our place of Victory. Only this time it won't stop till we have Victory!"
The various people present went into silence contemplating Won's words. Not only was it true that Stillwater would waste away, the desire to vanquish their humiliation from the past was present. Furthermore if through some way they actually could conquer Nolan Mountains, they would gain a immense advantage. Therefore a serious discussion needed to take place.
A General named Ti Cah Tu said, "Your Majesty, the main issue is the territory is disadvantages to us. In the past we were too focused on the Merrin plains the only place one could use to traverse from the East to the West. Thus the mountains were relatively safe, and Nolan was able to use it to train his soldiers. Now it is occupied, and volatile. We can't train our soldiers to adapt to the environment, and they have the high ground. It is a great wall."
In the first place it was impossible to fly over Tartarus due to the immense gravity that came from it. Even the mountain was affected by this gravity, only the Merrin plains lacked this gravity. Forget about flying, it was impossible to create bridges to cross the impasse.
Won nodded and said, "Hm. Yet there is a way. "
He smiled brightly, he called out, "General Tombs."
A man, no a giant stood up. He bowed deeply and spoke in his gruff voice.
His muscles exploded with vitality, and every movement seemed able to crush mountains.
Won said, "Please tell what you and your army have done."
Tombs replied, "Yes your Majesty! My name is originally Tu Mo I lived near to Nolan Mountains, and was one of the first to be attacked. My family, my friends everyone was attacked and killed. A thousand of the surrounding villagers managed to hide out near a crevice in Tartarus. We were trapped there for two hundred years. Luckily due to the overwhelming amount of herbs we survived and made advancements in Cultivation. Through sheer luck we escaped. Yet in fear we lived in the mountains. The mountains were simple to scale with our evolved bodies. Fifty years me and my gang have traversed the mountains!"
He suddenly turned to face Won. His intimidating, fierce figure who created small quakes with his smallest steps appeared in front of Won.
He kneeled, "Your Majesty! The Great Sovereign of the East! Allow this worthless one to open up the Glory of the East!"
Won smiled. He pat Tombs on the should, "Yes. I will leave it to you. Conquer that mountain, and show them your might!"
Tombs smacked his head on the ground, "I shall follow his Majesty for eternity!"
Won lifted Tombs up.
They both returned to their seats.
Won looked at everyone.
His stance created a heavy pressure.
Won's lips peeked up, and he said, "Let our game begin shall we?"
...
Won and Yuna were eating together, with Ozaris at the side much like a Butler.
The atmosphere inside the dining hall, was a sharp contrast to the one outside. Like a frosty dungeon.
A voice cold and grating rang out.
Yuna asked coldly, "What do you mean polygamy is needed for Won..."
Won choked on his water.
Ozaris replied coldly, "His Majesty is an Emperor, furthermore he is the only male of the Draconian Demon Royal race as such he is the driving force towards the continuous prosperity and general continuation of the race. Or are you prepared to sire dozens of children yourself."
Yuna's hands crumpled the forks she held in her hands. A blithering frost assaulted the senses.
Won turned his head away.
Ozaris repeated, "You know it is true."
Yuna asked Won, "Darling do you want other wives?"
Won felt great danger assault him. He hurriedly threw his head left and right, "Of course not! Only my precious wife is needed! What other women!"
