Riri blinked his eyes and the first thing he saw was a middle-aged man sitting beside his bed. He recognized him as the Royal Physician. The man adjusted his eyeglasses and stood up. Riri traced his movements and found out another two men beside the window.
It was Cain and Prince Kenley. Riri's eyes furrowed. 'Where is Prince Elric?' that question came suddenly into his mind. He scanned the room and failed to find the silhouette of the said person.
The knight approached the bed and took the empty seat. He pushed himself closer and gazed down at Riri. "Geez, you got us all worried," Cain mumbled.
Riri didn't say anything. He remained in his posture while still, asking himself why Prince Elric wasn't around.
Cain saw through him. He tapped Riri's hand and said. "His Highness went outside for a while. He will be back before nighttime."
