"Your Highness!! What happened to you?!"
Cain immediately dashed to the Prince after seeing his bloody arms and chest. The knight pulled the cushion chair and then he pressed his hands on the Prince's wounds. "Call the Royal Physician!!!" Cain yelled with all his might.
It shocked the servants and escorts to the bone that they all quickly scattered to obey what the Knight had said.
"Your Highness, I told you to stop going outside to hunt some wild animals," Cain slapped his forehead with a very dismay expression while showing his worried eyes. He's concerned, like half of his life was on the line too. He kept on scolding Prince Elric.
Meanwhile, Riri stayed on his soft pillow while staring at the two guys. Prince Elric winced in pain when his knight pressed a cloth on his wounds. That pain jolted in his system made him chuckle. "Cain, I'm okay. You're acting like my mother again," Elric teased.
"Y-Your H-Highness!" Cain protested. He almost turned red, as if he's too embarrassed to mistake his care as a motherly love. Cain didn't mean anything. He's just really like this when it comes to the Prince. He just wanted to show his loyalty by taking care of him because since he was a child, the Prince was always on his side. His mother was also the one who took care of Prince Elric when they were younger.
Riri couldn't help but giggled in silence. Well, he's already on his Rabbien form so the Knight will not notice his lips curving into a small smile.
"Don't say something like that, Your Highness. I was just doing my duty as your knight," Cain reasoned out. "I already told you to let me come when you're about to go hunting. You 're too stubborn…" He clicked his tongue. "Always coming back with wounds and bruises," he mumbled for the last time.
Before Prince Elric could protest and explain himself, the Royal Physician already arrived. The old man checked the Prince and put some bandages all over his body, then he prescribed to let the Prince rest for two days before going for a hunt again.
When everything was settled, they left Prince Elric inside his room. Cain took Riri in his arms and brought him to the Palace Garden. He put the Rabbien on the grass and let him play. Instead of running around and rolling on the grass, Riri remained in the same spot.
Cain pondered, "What's wrong?" he asked.
Riri lifted his small chin, and then he met the sight of the knight. Blinking his jewel-like blue eyes back. He soon realized that even if he bawl his eyes, Cain would not understand him because he's in his Rabbien form. He lifted his upper body and then he used his right hand to tap the knight's hand.
Surprised by that sudden touch, Cain fell his butt on the grasses and crawled back. He turned his head and mumbled. "It's cute!"
[Wait! Did he understand me?]
DICCU: Definitely not. You got the wrong idea.
Riri got closer to Cain and once again looked at him with his ears flapping up. The truth is, he wanted to be left by the Prince's room. Who knows? Maybe he can heal the Prince while using his mana on him again for the second time. But the real problem is, he didn't know how to convey the message to Cain.
The knight didn't want the flowery atmosphere to take over him just because the Rabbien was acting cute right now. He cleared his throat and cupped the soft, fluffy creature up. "Do you have something you want to say?"
Riri jolted up and nodded his head vigorously.
Cain smiled and carried the Rabbien in his arms. They trudged the empty and elegant palace hallways with the maids and servants bowing at them. Come to think of it, even if Cain was just the Prince's Knight, everyone's respecting him. 'Well, Cain is kind,' Riri mumbled.

"I don't need sleep. I want to go outside and explore the forest,"
Prince Elric rolled on the other side of his big size royal bed. He pulled the pillow and curled. "So, what do you want?" he asked, pouting his lips towards Riri.
Cain left Riri on the chair closer to the Prince's bed. He can clearly see that Eric still wants to bet his life outside hunting the wild. He put up his two hands above and stood there like a kangaroo. Then he stretched out his right arm, gesturing to the Prince to come closer.
The other guy got what the Rabbien wanted to say. Elric sat up and took Riri from the chair. He placed the fluffy creature on his lap. "What is it? Do you want some----Ngh!" he groaned when he felt the throbbing sensation from his chest. He slid down Riri next to him and saw the blood from the white bandages.
Riri peeked from the Prince's waist. 'Are you in pain?' he asked.
Prince Elric paused and looked at him. "This is nothing. It will go away after a couple of minutes," he replied. He was about to stand up when Riri's small paws stopped him. It made him ponder for a minute. "What is it?" he asked.
'Let me heal you,' Riri said as if the Prince understands him. He made a cute face that's very pleasing to the eyes. Maybe if he did it for the second time, he will succeed.
"Are you sure you want to heal me?" Prince Elric asked.
Riri nodded his head and frowned. 'O-Of course! I-I mean, I don't know, but---' His eyes widened, realizing something. He hopped on the guy's lap. "YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME?!!" He blurted out.
Prince Elric felt some guilt. "Well, y-yeah...The moment you used your mana on me, I slowly heard your voice," he uttered. He turned his head away, trying to show his innocence for not telling Riri immediately.
'DING! BREAKMETER: 15%'
[Oh! The break meter finally worked!]
DICCU: It's not even broken. What are you saying?
Riri felt happy because the break meter increased. He tossed and circled around Prince Elric while yelling. 'Let me heal you! I can help! Let me do it!'
