Dray and Evelyn that are holding their swords tightly were caught off guard when they got pulled by the nightmare Grendel, and before they know it both of them got thrown away and crash into the tree behind them.

"Wuahk!", Dray spat a mouthful of blood as his internal organs shook.
The same goes for Evelyn who has blood leaking out of her mouth, but Dray instantly springs up as he saw the nightmare Grendel headed towards him.
In front of Dray's eyes, the nightmare Grendel's claws glow with Supernatural energy.
The claws also grow sharper as it glistens under the moonlight, this makes Dray put his senses to the max seeing that the nightmare Grendel was intending to kill him.
