Rex inspected his body and found that Devo decided to help him, his lightning mana becomes even more destructive after Devo added his power to it.
After pushing Vashag back, the lightning energy creates a cocoon around Rex's body.
The area that is around Rex that was supposed to be covered with mist started to dissipate, it got pushed back by the cocoon Devo created, even the rain got blocked by the cocoon.
