. . .Adora stood in the stillness that followed the throw, the air itself seemed to ripple, as if struggling to catch up to the incredible force that had just been unleashed. A shockwave burst from where the Chad stood, expanding outward in a widening circle, kicking up a massive cloud of dust and scattering loose rocks in every direction. Adora and her fellow pilots struggled to withstand it even from such a distance. The ground beneath his feet buckled and cracked, radiating outward in spiderweb fissures that scarred the barren earth, like ripples carved in stone. Small craters formed in the wake of his force, their edges jagged and sharp, as if the land itself recoiled from the sheer power of the throw.
Ahead, where the arm had arced toward the army, a blinding flash erupted as it struck. The sheer momentum alone sent a wave of destructive energy blasting forward, flattening the ground in a broad path that swept across the desolate land like a tidal wave. The force tore the earth open, gouging a trench that stretched forward, widening and deepening with each passing meter until it looked as if the ground itself had been peeled back by a colossal hand.
The army of robots stood no chance. The impact zone swallowed the front lines instantly, their metallic bodies crushed and twisted by the shockwave, crumpling like tin under the weight of an enormous fist. Robots further away from its path fared little better, thrown violently into the air or shattered as the destructive wave passed through, leaving only fractured limbs and shattered pieces strewn across the scarred rope. As the dust settled, nothing remained of the once-formidable force except a vast field of twisted, smoking wreckage, their formation reduced to little more than debris scattered across a barren, desolate battlefield.
The ground continued to shudder, resonating with the aftershock, as small rocks continued to fall from the sky, disturbed by the force and lingering in the air for mere moments before they came crashing down. A silence hung heavy over the scene, broken only by the hiss of cooling metal and the faint crackle of broken circuits, as if even the land itself understood that it had been touched by a force beyond comprehension.
This?! This is the person that spared with her husband. . .He told her that he was a great warrior but she never expected something on this level, What did their "little" sparing match look like? But such a question washed over from a sensation of pride of how much stronger she now knew her husband really is because he won that sparring fight, And is wife-grilling in her head about it. She looks to the side away from everyone "Just wait till I see you again" she cheekily said.
"Huh?" says Weaver.
"Nothing," responds Adora immediately with a poker face.
Weaver looks at Tooney for a shared moment of silent (what is up with her?)
Adora looks back at Chad and her mind can not help but to race and wonder how such a physical human form could be achieved, None of them Knew it at the time.
However I could tell, With just a look at his current form. If Kayn is an example of the pinnacle application of physics and abstract techniques. Chad was a demonstration of the biological side, Without even knowing about anything about element zero nor Ianites. . .yet he kept going, struggling and training for a near eternity despite all those who told him it would be impossible for him and looked down upon him, He reach his current position.
No words are needed. . .His current form and his achievements shouted into the heavens. . .into me. . .This Chad truly earned his peak.
"There this should take care that core and all. WHO WANTS MUFFINS TILL MY ARM GETS BACK?!" says Chad happy.
Adora, Weaver and Tooney emerge from hiding with Tooney and Weaver heading to congratulate their friend.
"You did it Chad! you went Mega without losing control during the transformation?!!" Says Tooney hanging from Mega Chands massive right arm.
"Hahahaha its all thanks to this belt! it was a gift from. . .Daki, When he learned about the problems I could cause transforming and how much that weighed on me. he gave me this belt as a present to help me control it and as a teaching tool. "
"Nice save Daki! Ill be sure to thank him for it next time i see him! He saved Rope city from disaster huh? " Smiled Tuney as he and Weaver laughed "Me too, and am glad you are learning how to control your powers Chad".
. . .But Adora and Chad remained silent. . .to which the laughter faded into confusion. . ."Is. . .is something wrong."
. . ."Daki is dead. . .". . .
"What?" Says Weaver taken aback.
"Boss is. . . what? What did you say?"
"He is dead. . .It is true. . ." responds Chad to Weavers cries.
. . .All of them then stood in silence and Unison. . .many questions raced through their minds. . .but for the moment they just. . .stood still paying tribute and respect to Daki. . .and when such warriors do. . .How can I not?
