The hulking mercury-flame Riqar charged forth in a blur, his speed far outpacing that of his previous top speed.
Still a bit shaken by Riqar's thunderous roar, the octokin only barely brought forth a thin layer of his inky shield in front of the vicious right hook. Seasoned from birth in the fighting pools, the octokin's body took over his reactions before his thoughts could catch on and threw himself back from the heavy blow.
Even with the instinctual reaction, the heavy flaming fist still packed quite the punch. The octokin felt his skull rattle as he grit his teeth to prevent himself from blacking out.
Filled with cold rage, Riqar charged forth towards the soon-to-be dead octokin in front of him. His mercury-like armor still flowed across his entire body.
