Handing off the glasses in her hand to a passing catkin, the bunnykin brought them to the side where they would be less likely to get in the way of the other staff.

As for other cooks, you are correct in that only Mister Wurino and Miss Velnarra are the only ones who are allowed to cook in the Essence of 4 Seasons. The rest of the staff are the waiters, waitresses, dishwashers, and other such members who help them run the day-to-day.
