-Stone Courtyard, next to the Dancing Fairy Fountain-

Today was the last day of school before all the students took the train home, and the boys and I decided to spend our time talking and relaxing in the stone courtyard.

We weren't alone, as there were many other students in the courtyard with us, each with their group of friends or alone, taking a short nap, reading, or just enjoying the moment.

The three of us were sitting on the marble benches that were next to the Dancing Fairies Fountain, which, as the name says, were 5 fairies carved in white marble, which moved thanks to animation magic, dancing around a silver half moon, which squirted water.

Anthony and Terry were sitting watching some fifth year boys playing a game of exploding Snap, and meanwhile I was cross-legged, running my hand through the clear water of the fountain, feeling the magic of the water with my senses.

"This year was really crazy" Terry commented, catching my attention as I snorted at his statement.

"You say that like the last two years have been normal," I said dryly.

"Yes, but in the other years no psychopathic murderer escaped from Azkaban, there were no Dementors watching and guarding the school, and we didn't learn that said murderer was actually innocent and that the ministry had made a mistake in arresting him" Terry said, just as dryly as I was.

"When you say it like that…" I started to say.

"Hmm, but last school year we had class with Lockhart, who is also a criminal, and that was a big scandal too" Anthony began to say, tapping a finger to his chin, "Doesn't that mean this year and our second year are similar?""

"Well, you might be right, but did you forget that in this year we had Dementors circling and invading the school?" Terry countered.

"Yes, I remember that, but last year we had those midgets on Valentine's Day" Anthony snapped, and that made Terry stop with a raised finger.

He looked at Anthony, opened his mouth, and closed it, and then started scratching his chin.

"Okay, you have a good point," he said, and Anthony nodded in satisfaction.

'Did they just compare dwarves to dementors?' I wondered looking at them strangely.

In my mind then came the image of those old potbellied dwarfs wearing diapers and holding harps or heart shaped bow and arrows, and I immediately grimaced in disgust.

'Okay, maybe the comparison wasn't that far-fetched' I thought, feeling like throwing up remembering the fateful Valentine's Day I would love to forget.

It's times like this that I wish I could cast the memory spell on myself.

-Next Day - Platform 9¾, Coming Home-

"Sigh... It's so good to be back home" I said, taking a deep breath with a happy smile on my face.

"Err, first, we're not home yet," my dad reminded me, "And second, you've come home several times with the help of that magical cabinet, so aren't you being a little dramatic by acting like this?"

And listening to him I just looked at him with a blank face, with him shrugging my gaze.

"Oh dear, you know very well that our son has a gift for drama" my mom said, patting my dad on the arm with an amused smile, and I couldn't tell if she was defending me or mocking me.

"This he has" my dad huffed.

And seeing them talking like that about me made my right eye twitch, until I sighed.

"Well, at least Cele understands me," I mumbled, looking over at the small girl who was happily playing with Nyx in her cage.

"Huh?" Cele, who heard her name being said, turned to me, blinking her big little eyes.

And seeing this I smiled wryly, patting her on the head for the sweet little girl's delight.

And as I played with my family, I also noticed that in the far corner of the plataform were Harry and Sirius, who had come to get their godson, and that made me smile, because if Sirius was here, it meant the Headmaster wouldn't stop him to take Harry to live with him.

And it could just be my guess based on a few facts, but I also noticed how happy Harry was, like really happy and relieved, and he wouldn't be like that if he knew he was going back to his relatives.

'Hmm, I just hope the Headmaster doesn't at some point try to pull the "go back to your kin's house to recharge the blood wards" card, especially now that Sirius is Harry's legal guardian' I thought, looking sideways to the group surrounding Sirius, with the older man chatting happily with Hermione while Harry looked away and blushed.

-Nights' House – Later-

"Welcome back!" that's what I heard as soon as I walked through the front door to Penny, who was looking at me softly, smiling as she came over to hug me.

"You know I was here a few days ago, don't you?" I asked laughing, hugging her back.

"Oh, let me spoil my little grandson a little," she said, and I just rolled my eyes affectionately.

"You know, if I didn't know better I'd say she likes him more than me" Nick said to my parents approaching them.

"I don't know why you thought that," my dad said sarcastically, making Nick snort.

After talking a bit more with Nick and Penny, I went to my room to pack my things, and after that I went down to the kitchen to have a great welcome home dinner with my family.

And while I was enjoying the fact that I would now be spending time with my family, and probably learning more advanced magic from Nick and Penny, I found myself wondering how Harry and Sirius were coping with the fact that they were now a real family.

Of course, they still needed to get to know each other better and create a stronger connection, but from what I could sense from the two of them, it wouldn't be that difficult.

However, I was still curious as to whether Sirius would manage to corrupt poor Harry by the start of the next school year, which would be quite a challenge, but from what I knew of this playful man, he would not shy away from such an exciting challenge and fun like that.

-London – Wallbert Clinton Hotel-

[POV – Third Person]

"Well, here we are," Sirius said, opening the door to the hotel suite he had rented for himself and Harry.

Entering the suite, Harry looked around, seeing that it was like a small apartment only a little more luxurious.

The suite had an open space with a small table in the middle and some armchairs, and to the left of this space were two dark wooden doors, which led to the rooms that Sirius and Harry would occupy.

The suite also had a balcony, and from this balcony you could see the busy streets of London and even Big Ben, which was an incredible view.

"Well, I know it's not what you expected, but I'm still looking for a place for us to live together," Sirius said as he scratched the back of his neck, looking nervously at Harry.

"It's amazing here," Harry muttered.

"Really?" Sirius asked confused, until he shook his head, "I mean, yes, it's amazing here," he said smiling awkwardly.

Smiling, Harry quickly went to the door of one of the rooms, opening it and looking inside.

"Wow" he breathed, seeing a large bedroom fully furnished, with a large bed, a bedside table, a study table and chair, and a wardrobe.

Furthermore, there was also another door in the room, and going to it and opening it, Harry saw the most incredible bathroom in the world.

"This room has a bathroom," he said, turning excitedly to Sirius, "And a bathtub!"

"Hehe, yes" Sirius said, laughing at his godson's reaction, but at the same time he was feeling both sad and angry.

Sad to see Harry get so excited over something as simple as a bathtub, and angry because he knew it was the fault of his horrible, despicable patents.

But deciding not to let these bad thoughts show on his face, Sirius smiled as he approached Harry.

"I'm glad to see you excited about this room, because it's yours," he said, and Harry turned to him in surprise, before looking back at the room.

"Cool," he said smiling, and Sirius snorted.

"If you think that's cool, wait until you see and try the buffet here," he said.

"Buffet?" Harry repetiu.

"Yeah, and we're going to eat it as soon as you finish unpacking your trunk and..."

And without giving Sirius time to continue, Harry ran to his trunk that was at the door, picking it up and bringing it to his room.

And as he hurriedly pulled his items and clothes out of the trunk to put them away, Sirius watched with an amused smile.

End.
