Chapter 3

As I had to start planning, I quickly rose from my bed with new determination. I grabbed a diary from my desk drawer in my bedroom, sat down in a chair across from her, and started jotting down my plans.

'Hmm, let's see… I'm currently 7 years old, and at 11 i'll go to Hogwarts. After that there will only be trouble and disaster, and that will be the norm until the war starts, which would be in my 7th Year. In total, i have 9 years to train myself before the wizarding world goes into chaos, where 4 years will be self-taught.' I reflected while writing in my notebook.

'I've been training since I was 3 years old and I have a fair amount of power and control of my magic, but in these next few years I have to train even harder. I want to be at least in my 5th year of studies, and 3rd year of spells when I start at Hogwarts.' I thought, determined.

And so, I started to write down all the steps that I will have to follow to become more powerful and prepared in these 4 years.

Planning - 4 years

Training:

Magic: Practice my magic until it's powerful enough so I can use more powerful spells and won't get tired quickly;

Meditate: With meditation i will be able to use my magic more gently and i won't lose control of it, besides being able to help me in times of stress and concentration;

Physically Train: I won't be standing still to get hit by spells in a fight. I want to be able to defend myself even without my wand or magic. Besides, training can make my body fitter to accommodate my magic. And having a defined body doesn't do any harm, hehe;

Martial Arts: It won't do any good if I can only hit hard... I have to know how and where to hit. If I know how to fight like a martial artist it would be fucking awesome;

Occlumency and Legilimency: I can already read people's superficial thoughts, but only by accident. However since I started trying to control my magic with meditation, I was able to think and memorize things more easily. I must possibly be a natural in legilimency, at least. But I can train more with meditation, which should also help in parts;

Note: Find out if legilimency allows you to feel the emotions of humans and animals. But I believe that no master legilimence could do that, so maybe this is a special skill of mine. Hmm... Cool, I would be an empath who can somehow communicate with animals;

Maybe some learning about fencing? I always thought the blades were cool. Imagine having a wand in one hand and a sword, spear or dagger in the other during a fight... that's style. Besides, it's quite likely that if I ran out of wand or magic, using weapons to defend and attack would be far more practical than using my bare hands;

Use my knowledge of the wizarding world and other fictions to make new spells. I never understood why they didn't do another teleportation spell, but don't worry, I'm here!... If I could replicate the Hiraishin of Minato from Naruto's world, i will be unbeatable!;

And last but not least, creating my own pranks, because if the twins think they're going to be the only pranksters at Hogwarts, they're sorely mistaken muahahahah.

Studies:

Learning subjects that might help me at some point, like biology, as many of the spells and even healing involve having some knowledge of the human body. And also chemistry and physics, because it would make it much easier if I wanted to create a spell that involves these subjects. Mechanics, probably in case I want to modify Muggle items for use in the wizarding world; crafts, for when I go to create some enchanted item; laws, it's kind of obvious why I want to know about this subject; politics, I'm going to a world where politics speaks louder, second only to blood purity, so I'm not going to go in there unarmed; administration, if I want to make my projects successful, i will need to know how to manage them; any other subject that can help me in both worlds;

Try to learn as many spells as possible, using as a basis those that were presented in the franchise, or at least mentioned;

Trying to remember anything about subjects taught at Hogwarts that don't require a wand or a lot of magic, like herbology and potions;

And try to remember as much as possible about the Harry Potter plot, both from the books and the movies, and if possible from the fanfics too, because caution and knowledge is never much.

Preparation:

Develop my own way to earn money. With everything I know about media and entertainment from my first life, along with advanced technology and future successful companies in both worlds, I will try to use that knowledge in order to profit quickly;

Research the Death Eaters, Supremist supporters, the corrupt, and the scum of the wizarding world in general. Like the ones doing everything in the dark like Lucius Malfoy, or the ones doing it outdoors like the werewolf Fenrir Greyback. And with no pity for them, they've had their second and even third chances... and if Dumbledore doesn't like it, he can go suck one;

Look for ways to keep my family from getting involved in this mess. Protect them at all costs;

And try to turn this prejudiced hole that is the wizarding world into a place where we can all live normally and without prejudice. And if they try to stop me, I'll run over them... even if they have to consider me another dark lord because of it.

'Hmmm... If I manage to complete a good part of these plans before I go to Hogwarts, I will have a lot more time to train and a lot less things to worry about, so with that I would be able to move much more smoothly with my future plans' i reflected to myself.

As I looked at the list of my plans with pride, I thought:

'Now that I know what I have to do, I'll start asking my parents for help for those plans where I won't need to explain about magic. The books for me to study will be easy to acquire, the physical and magical training can also be solved easily, and the ones that I will only need my mind and memory i can do it at any time... So, with everything planned, i will start with the easiest ones immediately...'

"Ethan! Lunch is ready, come eat before your father is done!" My mom yelled at me.

"Hey! this is not true! It even makes it sound like I'm some kind of greedy eater." I heard my dad say indignantly.

"You could really fool me if you weren't with two loaves in one hand and a chicken leg in the other, you hungry!" my mother replied.

I couldn't help but smile at this interaction…I really love this family.

"I'm coming, Mom! And don't let daddy eat it all, otherwise he might end up even fatter!" I replied back with a smile, leaving my room and running down the stairs.

My training can wait. In the meantime, I will use what little time I have left to spend a few more moments with this amazing family that I would do anything to protect.

End.
