Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After I got the Hungarian Horntail miniature, Krum and Harry also took out the miniatures of the dragons they were going to face from the sack.

Krum took a mini Arya out of the sack, and he would be the second champion to make his entrance.

And Harry had the last remaining dragon, which was Mereo, and he would be the third champion to face his dragon.

After we had all chosen our dragons, Bagman said a few more words to us before leaving the tent, dragging Harry with him for a private conversation.

And ignoring the two of them, I went to sit on one of the stools in the tent, and the other two champions did the same.

Fleur and Krum had tense and concentrated expressions, and nervousness could be felt coming from them, but unlike them I was sitting completely relaxed, humming while playing with the miniature Hungarian Horntail.

'Will they let us keep them?' I asked myself, scratching under the chin of the black dragon that bared its fangs at me.

And while we were waiting, Harry entered the tent with a strange expression, coming to sit on the stool closest to me.

And looking at him I could hear him whisper something like, "Weird guy," and I could only imagine he was talking about Bagman.

We continued waiting a few more seconds before we heard the bagman's voice who was giving the opening speech of the first task.

And after he spoke a few more words and we heard the crowd outside applauding and cheering, a whistle sounded, signaling that the first task had begun and that Fleur should make her entrance.

Fleur then stood up, taking a deep breath and gathering courage.

She took a few steps towards the entrance of the tent, but before leaving she turned to me, and seeing her nervous look I smiled reassuringly at her.

She then smiled back, before raising her head and adopting a confident posture, and now without a hint of fear she left the tent, and all of us who were still in the tent could hear the applause of the crowd.

With my senses I could feel hundreds of people outside, and many emotions were flooding my senses.

And besides feeling the people who were here to watch the tournament I could also feel the great magical signatures of the four dragons, with Saphira's being the closest.

Sitting on the stool I closed my eyes, letting my hearing dominate my other senses.

I also continued to feel the magic around me, and by combining this with my hearing I was able to feel and hear everything that was happening in the enclosure where Fleur was facing Saphira.

'I hope Saphira doesn't get too hard on her' I thought.

"Come on, chicken-smelling human girl! I will roast and devour you!" I heard Saphira's voice, soon followed by a loud roar.

'Err... I think she's a little excited' I sweatdropped.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some time has passed and Fleur and Krum had completed their tasks, having managed to survive Saphira and Arya, getting the fake golden eggs.

At this moment I was paying attention to what was happening outside the tent, feeling Harry facing Mereo using all the strategies and plans we had created before.

And I could feel the surprise coming from everyone watching, and the reason they were surprised was probably because Harry had just cast a Patronus.

'Sometimes I envy him for being able to cast a Corporeal Patronus' I sighed.

But putting that thought aside I went back to focusing on Harry and Mereo, feeling that he was getting closer to the egg while flying on his Firebolt.

Harry had released a cloud of smoke to cover Mereo's vision, and she was also busy trying to destroy his patronus deer, and thanks to that he had a clear path towards the nest where the eggs were.

And not a second later I could feel Harry pick up the egg, and still without slowing down his Firebolt he walked away from Mereo, heading towards the enclosure entrance, where Madam Pomfrey was waiting for him on the other side.

As soon as Harry landed outside the enclosure with the egg in hands, applause and shouts began to ring out, with everyone in the stands cheering him on.

Everyone was excited and euphoric, and I could understand why they felt that way, as they had just seen the Boy-Who-Lived, a hero for many, defeat a dragon in a spectacular way and using some of the most complicated spells that exist.

And I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride come over me knowing that Harry completed the task in such an incredible and eye-catching way.

'Now I want to see what Malfoy and his group will say about Harry after this screening' I snorted.

However, I didn't have much time to think about it, as I knew that now it would be my turn to face a dragon.

As soon as the clapping and shouting subsided, I began to stand up, stretching a little, feeling that the dragon reserve wizards were removing Mereo from the enclosure, bringing the last dragon.

'Well, it looks like now is the time for the real show to begin' I thought with an excited look.

This time it wouldn't be a champion trying to survive a dragon while catching a fake egg, but rather a wizard facing a fierce dragon with the intention of defeating and making the great creature submit to him.

Standing in front of the tent entrance, I took my wand from its holster and held it in my hands.

I let the magic course through my body, enhancing all my senses and physical attributes, feeling full of energy and stronger.

And in the time it took me to prepare, Bagman finished making my announcement, and I heard the whistle blow.

Leaving the tent I passed through some trees before arriving at the enclosure entrance, where I could already see the underside of the Hungarian Horntail, which was standing still, as if she was waiting for me.

And with a confident look and a slight smile I entered the enclosure, coming face to face with the great black dragon.

And beyond the dragon I could see the large audience watching me, and with a quick scan using my senses I felt Sirius' magic with the Tonks and the Flamels, and looking in their direction I saw them in the stands next to the main stand where the judges were.

They were looking at me, but my focus was on the three people next to them.

'So Sirius did it' I thought, smiling softly as I looked at my parents and little sister's faces.

My parents had worried and nervous expressions, while Cele looked at me with a happy smile, waving at me before pointing at the dragon with her eyes shining excitedly.

My parents noticed that I was looking at them, and trying to show their trust in me they smiled slightly, trying to hide their concern, and that made me feel happy.

And now more confident and determined to show them that everything would be okay, I raised my head proudly, looking directly at the black dragon that had been glaring at me fiercely from the moment I entered the enclosure.

I didn't look away and continued to stare at her defiantly, and this seemed to infuriate her.

The Hungarian Horntail then raised her head and roared.

And realizing that our fight was about to begin I gripped my wand tightly.

Ignoring the voices that were coming from the stands, I focused entirely on the dragon, watching her muscles contract.

She then lifted her head again and I could see her mouth open and something light up inside her, and knowing what was coming I prepared myself.

"ROAR!" and just as I expected a torrent of powerful red flames came towards me, bringing with them an infernal heat.

"[Protego]!" I said, raising an invisible shield around me.

I could then see the flames cover my shield, and after a few seconds they stopped, and I could see the ground smoking around me as the Horntail looked at me somewhat surprised.

"Surprised you ugly lizard?" I asked her in her own language, speaking in a low voice knowing she could hear.

And hearing my offense her eyes narrowed, with her growling angrily.

"If you've already finished your attack, I think it's my turn now" and saying this I began to prepare a spell, pulling my wand arm back.

"Your fire may be strong, but my lightning is stronger" I smiled, and then pointed the wand forward.

And from the tip of my wand came a powerful purple lightning, causing a resounding deafening sound.

And in the blink of an eye the lightning hit Horntail right in her chest, with her not even able to react.

As soon as the lightning hit the dragon a purple flash flashed for a moment, and as the flash subsided everyone could see the Hungarian Horntail grunting in pain as her chest smoked.

'It seems everyone has forgotten that a dragon's skin is only resistant to magic, not immune' I thought, smiling mischievously.

The Horntail looked at her chest, and feeling the pain my spell caused her she blinked in surprise.

And sensing her surprise I said, "It seems like you understand now, don't you? What will happen here will not just be a dragon attacking a human... It will be a dragon and a wizard facing each other with all their capabilities."

And listening to me, she stared at me for a few seconds, but her pause didn't last long, as irritation and hatred began to grow within her.

"ROAR! I will kill you!!" she shouted to the sky, scaring the people in the stands.

And seeing this I got excited, feeling the hairs on my body stand up as my senses alerted me.

"Then come!" I said, smiling wildly at her.

End.
